L'Ea Bianca Luxury Resort

This is our second visit to Sardinia. This time we stayed in this hotel. It should be noted that Sardinia has its own specific rules and conditions in hotels. Almost everywhere they are the same. Тhe hotel itself is very green. service at a high level. Both the reception and room service responded promptly to all our requests. I especially want to mention Gianni, the reservations manager. Unfortunately, I don’t know and remember the names of all the employees, but everyone did their job wonderfully! Now about the hotel itself - the breakfast is sufficient, but not quite like in a 5-star hotel. What surprised me - the entrance to the spa area is paid. In other words, if not the sea, then there is nothing else to do in the hotel. No sports entertainment. You are unlikely to see all this in a 5-star hotel on the mainland. But I repeat - this is a common standard in hotels in Sardinia. Now about the sea - the sea is pleasant, the lagoon, the water and the beach are clean. Sea entrance is fine. Not too much stones. What I liked is that there are no strangers from the street. Only hotel guests. Perhaps we were not at the peak of the season. I can not say. However, the sand on the shore is not snow-white, like on the Costa Smeralda coast. There is no bar or cafe on the shore. Otherwise, and in general, I liked the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. All the main places are not far away. Of course, provided that you have a car.

Arrival experience was great. Welcome drinks after long journey was a great refreshment for us! Resort: Beautiful interior n exterior. Very calm n quiet place. Pool: is specious Beach: is beautiful Stuff From arrival experience till goodbye we were impressed! They are so helpful. I needed some customised cake for my husband birthday n Cristina was so helpful with my request! (Thank you a lot for created this unforgettable moment ) They are so smiling n positive. Food They have 2 restaurants n a bar Would recommend Lunaria beach for the sunset drinks n amazing photos. Big thank you to Ms. Paola ( General Manager) for her care about our experience. Horrible Dirty Unsanitary Not clean Not friendly, unwelcoming. Too expensive The worst experience Hostile environment. Unsafe. Not peaceful Not relaxing Uncomfortable furniture, room and beds. Dirty towels Dirty Sheets Dirty floor Dirty Bathroom floor, & Dirty bathtub. Do not recommend.

Awful experience. Room was infested with ants. Management was very unwilling to work with us. I would expect much more from a high end resort. Extremely disappointed and frustrated! Tried working it out through credit card company and hotel but the hotel is being unreasonable.

Just returned from 4 glorious days at L’ea Bianca hotel in Sardinia. First time at this hotel and I must say it won’t be our last! Hotel- magnificent visually, extremely well maintained with lush gardens which are meticulously maintained. Our room was great, all amenities possible, immaculate, and housekeeping was excellent. The staff was absolutely incredible. A special mention about the front desk staff- none better. They were at our beck and call and always extremely friendly, always with a smile on their faces… Monica, manager, always present to help or suggest or guide. Christina, at the reception desk was not to be believed. Anything at anytime, she was there to assist you with all your needs… she is definitely a great asset to the hotel. The waiters in dining room were so professional and yet not stuffy or snobby. They were incredibly efficient and skillful. Breakfast was sumptuous, catering to all different tastes. They even offered a gluten free section on buffet, which was quite extensive. Our first night, after a long day of travel, we decided to dine at hotel. Waiters, busboys, maitre d’ all so welcoming and helpful. The dinner menu quite extensive and whatever we ate was over the top special. The wine list was great and desserts fabulous. I can go on for days, but want to just mention the pool area, the lounge/ bar near pool were great for a light lunch or cocktail or glass of wine…again, staff incredibly friendly. The pool maintained excellently. The beach was not bad, but a little disappointing. There are several phenomenal beaches in the area. The hotel is not far from anything and about 30-35 min drive from airport. We will be returning next July for sure to experience, once again, this visit to paradise!!

Stunning hotel. Enjoyed the 3 nights stay. Such a friendly staff and magical views. As a traveller who stayed in more than 200 hotels and resorts, I'll summarise my likes and dislikes (or i can call it items for improvement): Likes: 1-One of the quietest places I have ever stayed, this is the place to be if you wanna get out of your busy life and enjoy the sound of beach and breeze 2-Spacious room, Thankfully, we got an upgrade to one of the best suites, two beautiful bathrooms, living-room and huuuge garden looking over the pool with quick access. 3-Comfy bed 4-Cool swimming pool and the surrounding area 5-Amazing neighbourhood around the hotel, clean, quiet, and safe. 6-Free and safe car parking. 7-Free water bottles in the room (pretty strange ha!) But this is really an important one since i've seen so many hotels either don't provide or charge the guests for the water. Dislikes: 1-Beach access was impractical. You have to walk through rocky and slippery path, then get into the water up to your knees to finally get to the hotel beds. I would prefer staying in the pool area. 2-lack of beach services, you have only 3 to 4 choices of food and drinks and no waiters, the poor guy (life guard) was the one who is trying his best to help the guests and serving them. 3-Breakfast wasn't matching the hotel class as a luxury resort. Very limited varieties in comparison with other competitors. 4-Very poor gym, as an athlete, i do care about the gym, but i sensed low to no care about the gym. The gym room was partially used as storage, and the equipment was few and not properly maintained. 5-The hotel restaurant was below average (at least my taste), so if you're hungry, consider ordering from room service to have your meal on the balcony. The food is way much better and tasteful. In conclusion, i will consider this as one of my options when i visit Sardinia again. Thanks to the helpful hotel staff!
