Lush Garden Hotel

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Life-Changing Safari Experience! My recent 4-day safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro with Lush Expeditions was nothing short of magical! From the moment we left Arusha, everything was perfectly organized, making the trip stress-free and deeply enjoyable.

Very good welcome from Winnie and Rita a very good teamwork from the two. We loved the rooms which were very spacious. Very big compound and good gardens. The breakfast enough. A nice place to be with family. My daughter loved the place.at the time of our visit the pool was not functioning under repairs. Hope to visit next when it is working. Shukran

After reading the reviews, we decided to cancel our reservation. However, our host asked us to go take a look at it first. Upon arriving at the hotel, we found that the rooms were very nice. The restrooms were very nice. A/C worked very well. The food in the restaurant was very good. We had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Would we stay there again? Absolutely! This room was very clean, had AC, and a refrigerator. It was a very nice place to stay. Food was good too. Staff were pleasant. The spout from the shower did not work very good, but the sprayer worked just fine so no issues showering. There was hot water as well. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I were placed in this hotel as the last night of our safari tour. Several lights in the room were burned out and had to call maintenance. They replaced bulbs in a couple of lights On The wall but a bedside lamp with a shade broken and hanging down was just brushed aside and not fixed. We ate dinner there at their restaurant the night we arrived. There was only one other table with customers. However it took forever to get our food delivered to us. The food was mediocre at best. We went to breakfast the next morning and there were more people there. It was an average breakfast but I had to ask the attendant for jam for toast. He looked under a counter and found container with no lid. I thought it was a little questionable but it's the jam looked all right. I spread some on my toast and the first bite I took I bit into a broken piece of glass. Fortunately I was not injured or cut. I did not even mention it to anyone as they seemed completely unorganized and uncaring. I did take a photo of it which I will try and add here if I can. Obviously I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Really great hotel. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food from the in-house restaurant was always well prepared and tasty. The outdoor garden was a lovely place to decompress at the end of the day, and the conference rooms were all of a great size. Even though there are frequent events (especially weddings), the sound proofing exceeded my expectations and the loud music was never an issue.
