Patio/bar music blaring at uncomfortable levels (was measuring 85+ Decibels 100+ feet away). Couldn’t talk or enjoy the outdoors. No one was even in the bar (too loud). Hotel staff refused to do anything other than close the windows to the lobby to block the sound a bit. Hotel feels dated. Was probably really nice and modern at one point, but beds are worn out (can feel the springs) and bathrooms definitely need a renovation. Pool and water slide are well kept and fun. The only shining star is the restaurant staff. Very attentive and personable. We looked forward to our meals every day.
