I expected more sheets and linen on the bed. on fitted? uhm okay??? lmao I never quite got the Internet to work. But the view was wonderful and the people very nice.

Avoid at all costs if you are not local or speak Portuguese.checked into the room and one of the double rooms.was locked. When my friend who is local went to reception the check in staff made comments about me not been from Brazil and not able to speak Portuguese. He then went on to make sexist remarks towards her. It was late in the evening so in the morning we checked out and mkved to another more welcoming hotel in the area.

Room was full of moles, bed sheets had stains all over. Only towel in the room. From desk refused to give a second until 48h as past. Hotel is unresponsive and unreachable by me and *******. ******* did a great job support. I definitely don’t recommend this “hotel”

My wife and I stayed for about 10 days. I have to admit. It started out fairly rough. We both have back problems, but especially her. It is VERY difficult to climb stairs. From the moment we checked in, we were informed that the elevator was broken. The repair people were supposed to appear earlier the day of check-in, but they didn't. Now, they say tomorrow. Spoiler... they did show up the next day and fixed the problem. Also, the door was a sliding glass door with a physical key and only one key is provided even though there are two guests, which creates a bit of a coordination challenge when one goes to the beach and another goes out to eat. We get to the room and the key doesn't work. I had to go down the stairs to get help. They sprayed the lock with a lubricant and the rest of the week, we struggled with the key, usually being able to open it ourselves, but still with a struggle. OK, so we check in and get to the room. I'm a technology executive who works heavily during vacation. The WIFI was horrible and was completely unusable. So... I had to go down stairs again to talk to them. Nothing could be done. I asked how to contact them if we have problems without having to climb the stairs. They inform me that there is a phone is the room, I touch a button and it will ring the person at the desk downstairs. I go back upstairs and there is no phone. I go back downstairs to ask them about it, and they say... oh, we have some phones out for maintenance. Fortunately, the elevator was fixed the next day and made the physical trips less physically challenging/painful. The first time that the network tech showed up to work on the WIFI problem, they didn't notify me, he left and said it was fixed. It wasn't. I insisted to the person at the desk that it wasn't fixed and the rest of our stay, that particular desk clerk treated me coldly even though later it was obvious that I was right and he was wrong. On a more positive note, Igor, their more technical staff member allowed me as a technical expert to coordinate with him and the network tech the next time he came out to diagnose and fix the problem and confirm the problem was fixed before he left again. He was working outside his normal work hours in order to solve the problem. Raul, another desk clerk gave me his personal contact information and offered to come back in 7/24 if I had any problems. So, for the most part, their staff was fantastic and offered EXCEPTIONAL service with a great attitude. They offer only certain hours for check-in, but they do have someone there 24/7. The limitation is only for checkin/checkout. IF you request cleaning service, you can only do it every 2 days, and you have to leave the room and there is not a safe in the room. Makes it a bit uncomfortable, but in our case, we had valuable in the room, and nothing was taken. The cleaning people in my opinion work slowly and don't do a great job. They sweep the ceramic floor for example and don't mop it unless they consider it

Poderia receber 5 estrelas tranquilamente PORÉM… O moço que recebeu a gente na recepção foi simpático. Estacionamento bom no prédio. Localização perfeita. Vista do apartamento nota 10. Ficamos no quarto 331 ou 301 se não me engano. Terceiro andar de frente pra praia. Banheiro nota ZERO. Tudo mofado, aspecto de sujo, e fedia muito!

Passamos 5 dias aqui e quero começar pela parte boa, por isso vou pular a recepção. O estacionamento é espaçoso e eles tem uma parte própria para carros maiores também. Ao abrir a porta do apartamento nos deparamos com uma vista maravilhosa de um mar azul turquesa emuldurado por uma faixa de areia das mais brancas que já vi e aqui está o ponto que me fez dar mais de duas estrelas para o apartamento, pois acordar com aquela vista, foi maravilhoso. A recepção foi apática, e reativa. Um sorriso de boas vindas não custa nada, custa? O banheiro do apartamento nunca viu um alvejante nos rejuntes, que estão pretos e, teoricamente, deveriam ser brancos. No teto do corredor da entrada do apartamento tem um bolor encarunchado, estufado e empretecido de quase meio metro de diâmetro e pingando água constantemente. Um negócio insalubre. Os vidros externos, principalmente do elevador panorâmico nunca foram limpos, ou, se foram, faz muito tempo. O apartamento conta com uma boa cama Queen e dois sofás-cama, um casal e outro solteiro. Esses sofás-cama são muito desconfortáveis com ripas de madeira por dentro que machucam as costas e não permitem que se durma adequadamente. A cozinha tem uma boa geladeira e um bom fogão, mas se você gosta de cozinhar, traga suas facas, porque só tem 6 faquinhas de lanche, 6 garfos e 6 colheres e uma colher grande. As panelas são de alumínio, nunca viram uma esponja de aço, mas deram para o gasto. Móveis com acabamentos e puxadores soltando. Corrigindo esses problemas mencionados e fazendo um treinamento da equipe, deixará qualquer hóspede maravilhado. Ah! Invistam em mais travesseiros também, pelo menos mais um por pessoa.

Muito bem localizado, em frente a praia e restaurantes proximos; mas o apto é bem simples. Uma cama confortável, um chuveiro bom, tv ok, internet ok. Porém o sofa cama é extremamente desconfortável e a limpeza deixou a desejar (box com rejuntes e pisos encardidos e meio nojento e paredes do quarto mofadas). Achei o prédio com pouca segurança, entrava e saia quem quisesse, sem muita supervisão e controle.

Fomos em familia, nossa estadia foi muito boa. Otima localização, de frente para o mar, tem tudo pertinho. Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado que estava vazando agua dentro do apartamento, uma sugestao tambem seria uma duchinha no banheiro. No mais estava tudo perfeito, organizado, limpo, tudo certinho. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes

Acomodação simplória . Diferentemente como informado no site, a limpeza não é diária. Tem que ser solicitada a cada dois dias. Faltam coisas básicas no banheiro como por exemplo dispositivos para acomodar sabonete, pendurar toalhas, etc.
