I booked this hotel specifically for its advertised 24-hour front desk, knowing I’d arrive late. To be extra cautious, I messaged them via WhatsApp the day before to confirm my late check-in, and they reassured me it wouldn’t be an issue. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk—just a sign with a number to call for "24-hour inquiries." After several attempts to get through, someone finally showed up, but that was just the start of the issues.
Despite having a confirmed and fully paid reservation, they couldn’t find my booking. I had to wait for an hour while they made phone calls and blamed Trip.com, even though I had already confirmed everything with them the day before. Eventually, they admitted their mistake and gave me a room. Given the frustrating delay, I politely asked if I could extend checkout from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM so I could get a bit more rest. Without a second thought, they refused outright, showing zero flexibility or concern for the inconvenience they caused.
The only redeeming factor was that the room was clean. However, the mattress was like sleeping on concrete—so uncomfortable that I barely got any rest. Between the false advertising, unhelpful staff, and terrible check-in experience, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
