Treebo Trend Aquamarine Arpora

It was my 2nd visit to property. I booked it again because of their hospitality in past and they don't want to let their guest down at any cost. Thank you so much Bhagyashree for your lovely support to us and trying to understand our need as we were with our Mr. Naughty and get things arrange out of the box.

From the feedbacks posted on this property, I booked two rooms for 2 nights during Dasara in this property. The outside looks pleasing as soon as you arrive at the property. My experience was in total the worst till date of all my travels. First we realized, all are interconnected rooms which was not specified at the time of booking. Though this is a personal preference, information needs to be made available. Secondly, the bathroom in the room which was gives to us had leakage and water on the flloor. Though promises were made to repair, it was never done till we vacated Thirdly, Breakfast on the morning was.....not sure whats the word to be used to describe....the site claims its a 3 star property and spread was , white colored watermelon as fruit, POha which was dry, bread butter and Jam. When questioned about the qulaity I was asked to eatit or vacate the property or to contact Treebo wich i did witout much success. Now icing on the cake, When i went to take pictures of the spread, things were taken back and hi inside. When I tried to barge in I was stopped. THings turned more interesting, with the Owner of the propoerty ( THis propoerty is not owned by Treebo andit is attached) called me mid day and siad I have ***handled the staff and I have to vacate immediately...not sure why he called me as my booking was with Treebo. I asked him to verify CC tv footage and things seem to have sorted out by itself by the time we cam back Most of this had been escalated to Treebo central team and still awaiting some response...I withheld from writing the review all these days hoping some actions would be taken and the guests visiting in future wont suffer.....seem to have fallen on deaf ears...not sure if this post remains here or even if gets posted...to ensure it reaches out to all, I am posting i other sites as well IN Sum***y Poor Maintenance Unruly Staff Behaviour No one to attend for Room Service SO much for Goan hospitality....worst stay ever in my life.....

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed would be the perfect sentence to start this review. We were two families from Bangalore who booked online for 4th and 5th Oct 22 . As soon as we checked in , for our dismay , we saw the 2 rooms interconnected which we were not told while booking . In one of the bathrooms there was a leakage which they never rectified till we checked out. They provided us with extra beds which were torn. The next day morning for the breakfast there was only poha. The staff said that idly , dosa were there but were not complimentary. When we questioned them the staff spoke very rude and were arrogant. Overall a very bad stay for us .

Nice and pleasant place,staff is very excellent,good and hygienic place , hotel is near to ***y beautiful beaches , if you are searching good hotel in North goa then this hotel is the best for making beautiful memories...

It was best place to stay. Peacefull place..near to all the beaches and staff is very polite and helpfull..hotel and swimming pool is very clean, staff is helpfull , specially the ***ager bhagyashree was awsome.. I will definitely visit this place again.

The rooms are super clean. The staff ( especially Bhagyashree) are very helpful and polite. The hotel is centrally located where all major attractions and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for all age groups.

Awesome place to stay in North Goa , close to ***y of the beaches , cooperative staff ,good breakfast , clean and specious rooms , calm and safe place , enjoyed alot would definitely like to visit again🤗

The staff is very helpful , I had gone for my first solo trip and staying in hotel was such a wonderful thing , overall hygiene of the place was well maintained and it's a very beautiful place to make some memories.

Treebo Aquamarine is more like a service apar**ent. It is located in a residential complex (which also houses other hotels/service apar**ents) Positives Location: 1. Calangute & Baga Beach - 15 mins drive (3.5 km) 2. Nestled in a peaceful residential area 3. Driving to and from the property is very safe, even during nighttime. Staff: Very polite and helpful Rooms: Very Spacious - consist of living room, small non-functional kitchen (No Stove/Induction/Appliances), bedroom and two balconies Security: The premise is highly secured, which makes you feel very safe. Parking: You can park your vehicles (2W & 4W) inside the premises Food: In-room dining is available (food & drinks). One of the very famous restaurants (Salt) is located at 10 mins walking distance. There are ***y restaurants & bars in the locality. Zomato services the location. Rental Bike: You can rent a bike/scooty from just outside the gate. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is well maintained and clean (Swimwear is ***datory) Negatives: 1. There is no service request phone (every time, you have to go to the reception and request for service) 2. The property needs to get pest control done. You will find small insects all over the room. Also, No Mosquito Repellent Vaporisers are provided. 3. The washroom wasn’t clean. 4. The towel provided had holes in i Towel provided had holes in it. Drinking water is limited to only 1 ltr/room/day. Extra if required is chargeable
