The location is amazing sadly the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Beds were uncomfortable with flat pillows. Towels were very old and grey. The pool area needed attention, the pool was dirty and had scum line around it. The pool beds and cabanas needed cleaning and repairing. We were disappointed with the standard of hygiene in the bar area. It was dirty, the glasses were not cleaned properly and tables were sticky. The glass doors were greasy and covered in fingerprints. The reception staff were very helpful and professional. Food was good and restaurant was clean.

Very nice hotel with extremely good service. All facilities were clean and in perfect condition. Breakfast and dinner included plenty of products to choose from. Next to the hotel itself, the location is absolutely beautifull, with an old spanish village and a great view on the mountains. Would definitely recommend!

Unas instalaciones perfectas,buena ubicación, un lugar para la tranquilidad ,relax, desconectar, almuerzo buenísimo muchas variedad , un servicio excelente,las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, volveremos a repetir muy pronto, gracias

Fuimos a pasar el puent de la segunda Pascua y la experiencia fue mejorable. Las habitaciones y el espacio exterior estaban bastante bien. El desayuno está bueno, pero la cena un poco justa para el precio que se paga. El problema vino en el desayuno del domingo porque el hotel estaba bastante lleno y faltaba personal. Faltaban vasos, pan, solo una máquina de café, dulces, ... ya que el personal que había no daba a basto a reponer. Por otro lado tienen un billar que no funciona bien, se quedan bolas atascadas, pero tampoco tienen la llave para abrirlo y darte la bola. Y por último varios trabajadores no hablaban ni entendían el catalán y les tenías que pedir las cosas en castellano. Realmente esperábamos más, ya que el precio no es barato.

¡El hotel está genial! Se nota que ponen mucho empeño en mantener las instalaciones bien cuidadas. Dispone de una piscina, que en los meses más fríos se puede cubrir. Nosotros no la usamos porqué nos faltaron horas, ya que el entorno natural es una gozada... hicimos muchas excursiones en la naturaleza, y descubrimos algunos rincones espectaculares... ciudades como Valderrobles o el Parque Natural dels Ports, nos encantaron a nosotros y a los peques. El personal, de 10! Ya habíamos estado hace años, y seguro que volveremos.

Fuimos de relax y a descansar, y nos encontramos con una estancia bastante desagradable. Pagas un alojamiento de 4 estrellas.. y nada que ver. Para empezar la recepcionista atiende con bastante desgana, llegamos a la habitación y estaba comunicada con otra, con una puerta en la que escuchábamos todo y no había nada de intimidad, había problemas eléctricos con los enchufes y el dispositivo para la tarjeta de la habitación toda la noche haciendo ruido. La insonorización no existe, a las 7 de la mañana empiezan los portazos. El buffet nada que ver con lo que enseñan en la web, no se puede pagar en efectivo, no reponen la comida.. deja mucho que desear para el precio que cobran por una cena. Muy decepcionados, no volveremos.

Para empezar solo reservan habitacion con media pensión incluida, la cena es bufet, bebidas a parte, el agua también se cobra,, no se puede pagar en efectivo o te lo apuntan o tarjeta, igual que en el bar. El restaurante es una sala para unos 200 comensales, con los correspondientes niños chillando. Nos sentaron a unos 3 metros del carro donde se tiraban los restos y se acumulaban los platos sucios con el correspondiente estrépito. Habitación limpia y correcta eso si, entregada a las 14,50 (Hsta las 15 no se puede entrar.....) La puerta de la habitación solo se puede cerrar al salir con un buen portazo, con lo que lo de hacer la siesta es imposible ...la insonorización no existe y a las 7 de la mañana empiezan los portazos de nuevo......resumen a las 8,30 hemos abandonado el hotel con la firme idea de no acercarnos nunca más.....!!!!!

Ha sido todo un acierto pasar unos días en este hotel en el que te sientes como en casa. La cercanía a Arnés y la vista nocturna del pueblo es un espectáculo que te trasporta a épocas pasadas por la luz tenue de las calles. Desde la llegada en recepción hasta la atención que nos tuvo Juani , siempre dispuesta a que el cliente se encuentre cómodo en el hotel, ha sido un gran placer pernoctar en este complejo hotelero. Gracias.
