We stayed here for one night as a stop over before travelling onto Tatacoa Desert. The hotel is situated a little out of the city so best to get there via local bus (3k pesos) or taxi (25k pesos). The hotel is extremely clean and has a large footprint. The room was to a very good standard with extra pillows and blankets if required. The pool and bar area looked really nice but the bar didn't seem to be open when we were there but you could tell it would have a good atmosphere when open and busy. The hotel is in a picturesque spot overlooking a banana trees and gives off a calm and relaxing vibe. The staff were super friendly and helped us order food in the evening which was delivered to our room. All in all a big things up! Thanks for a lovely stay.

I had to cancel my second night there
Rooms in really poor condition, almost no curtains, incredibly noise, no options for dinning after bfast
It has a lot of potential but need a big investment from the administration

Es un excelente hotel. Un lugar espectacular para descansar y interactuar con la naturaleza. Los trabajadores son muy amables y serviciales. Muy limpio y organizado. Me gustaría volver algún día a hospedarme es este lugar.

Tuve que salir antes de lo planeado y no me devolvieron el dinero con la excusa que la habitación no se vende. Sin embargo es un hotel bastante malo. No vale la pena. Lo único bueno son los empleados muy amables y gentiles y tienen limpio baños. Zancudos por montón, las paredes llenas de moho y huecos. Arrepentido de pagar. Solo fotos y nada que ver con la realidad

En general una buena experiencia. El hotel es bonito y el staff es muy pero muy amable! Cosas a mejorar, colchones (un poco duros, y disponibilidad de comidas en el hotel aparte del desayuno). Pero igual recomendaría este lugar!

El hotel es bonito, con mucho potencial, el personal amable y dan buen desayuno, sin embargo, deben estar más pendientes del aseo. Todo lleno de telarañas. Y las zonas verdes no se ven Yam cuidadas. Nos tocó primero en una habitación con un nido de avispas, luego nos enviaron a otra con telarañas, una araña gigante, que casi no sacamos. Fundamental de que revisen bien antes de entregar la habitación. Se entiende que es un lugar campestre, pero hay detalles que se pueden corregir.
