El hotel es hermoso, nos tocó una habitación con vista privilegiada. Los chicos de recepción muy amables. Los del desayuno amorosos. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el servicio de limpieza que nos tocaron algo que no era de su pertenencia, nada grave pero eso hay que chequear. El agua no salía demasiado caliente. Después todo impresionante. Desayuno bastante completo. Muchas gracias!

Os únicos dois pontos favoráveis são a localização e a vista dos quartos, no demais a prestação de serviço é precária, limpeza terrível, muito sujo, jogos de cama e toalhas muito velhos... acabou a agua duas vezes durante a estadia... Café da manha sem opções e um dia avisamos o pessoal que a aveia estava cheia de larvas, não pediram nem desculpas, fizeram cara feia pelo aviso e simplesmente trocaram a aveia. Não voltaremos, nem recomendaremos.

One week before the stay we wanted to change of reservation, reducing the stay one day. Booking website only allowed cancelation (for free at that time), but without guaranteeing a new room availability. I had multiple calls and messages with the booking, hotel chain reservations central and the pousada itself for many days, all saying the changes could only be done by the other two stakeholders... Finally they suggested to better talk with the property management on arrival. When I did the check-in, the team there had no clue and forced me to pay the full stay (for our multiple rooms), saying that only the hotel chain office can do changes and must ask them for a possible refund. Since then, they are neither answering my emails nor the ones Booking is sending them. Worst customer service ever, totally scammed me.

Hermosa Pousada, la vista desde la habitación , la cercanía al centro, el traslado a playas de cortesía y la atención especialmente de Luan o Loan. Lo único que tiene de malo es que no es apto para personas con dificultades motrices ya que es todo por escaleras

Increíble posada, la atención un 10, muy cerquita de la playa de Joao Fernández y con una vista excepcional a la playa de Osos. Las habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas, en mi caso fui con mi esposa y mi hijo y a nosotros nos toco una cama king comodísima. La posada se encuentra arriba de un morro por lo que no es muy recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida ya que hay muchas escaleras. El desayuno muy bien, simple pero abraca las necesidades básicas. La única observación que les haría es que no pueden limitar el uso del Sauna solamente 2 horas por día de 17 a 19 Hs. Creo que deberían reveer esa situación

Somos argentinos. El desayuno rico y el personal de cocina muy amable. Ahora el personal administrativo muy poco amigable. La pousada tiene muchas escaleras y además está arriba de una colina, por lo que subimos 4 pisos por escalera y en subida. Todos los días. La limpieza mala, las camas muy cómodas. La pousada es linda

Lugar horrível,minha amiga ficou hospedada aí com seu filho e foi super mal tratada!!! Primera observação: colocaram ela em uma suíte no último andar,tem que subir como 3 a 4 lances de escadas,(detalhe com uma criança de 8 anos com problema de diabet! Minha amiga torceu o pé e teve que subir essas escadas com pé inchado! Pediu para trocar de suíte e não trocaram! Banheiro quando tomava banho subia um cheiro horrível!! Atendentes super mal educados! Na saída colocaram coisas a mais para ela pagar,e negaram um copo de leite para o filho dela, detalhe ela quis comprar! Lugar horrível!!!

Fuimos con mi pareja en agosto 2025 y realmente nos parecio hermosa esta pousada, el desayuno esta buenisimo, los mejores pan de queijo que probe. Reservamos una habitacion vista mar que realmente tenia una vista espectacular, es muy lindo para ver de día y disfrutar de noche tomando algo en el balcón. Lo unico que tengo para marcar es que el agua de la ducha no regulaba bien y a veces en la habitación habia olor a humedad. pero sacando eso, el trato fue espectacular, la posada es preciosa. Dato importante a tener en cuenta es que la calle que te lleva a ella es muy empinada por lo que requiere un esfuerzo fisico, y tambien tiene bastantes escalones.

Hermosa la pousada, los chicos que atienden súper amables y predispuestos. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Unas vistas hermosas del mar. Recomiendo el lugar para ir en pareja, en familia o solo. Hermoso para disfrutar de todas las formas
