Costa do Sol Boutique Hotel

There's no possible photo to do any justice to the place. The rooms are comfortable and little, but that doesn't compare with the service level and not exaggerating, the most outstanding view that you'll have from a hotel in your life. The surprise was instant. A detail is that it was our option at the last minute and wasn't really expensive at all. It's built over a morro where You can SEE both suns, the rising and the sunset, but especially the sunset. My God that sunset, with mountains emerging from the ocean and the sun melting between them around five o'clock in the afternoon, every f*cking day. What's escorted with a team that always at the level on every situation. Every member is complemented by the strengths each other, I personally interacted with several of them and they always gave their best. My thanks to Johao, Marcio, Leandro, Pericles and especially Gabriel! On my subjective opinion it is the best 4 stars hotel that you can get on Paradise. (Buzios is no less than that, for several things that doesn't come to place. On the other side, the good of the staff can be also the weakest point, they're prepared for the maximum level of service, I get a very tiny little uncomfortable being called senhor and see them so worried about everything that they looked a little tense. It cost me nothing to make them feel relaxed and seeing other consumers demands (and some also a bit disrispectful) and I understood why they're so demanding with their service level. Anyways, everything was great. The location can be a little demanding on foot, but once get used to walking the nose up and down a few times, you would love the experience.

Usufrui do day use do Hotel e minha opinião é que vale super apena, a estrutura é ótima e a vista é surreal de linda, da para ver a cidade de Búzios de cima, várias piscinas, sauna em perfeito estado e atendimento da recepção Joao , bar da piscina Hernan e do restaurante Junior, até das reservas nota 10!

Buena atención y servicio, cambio mucho después de los comentarios recibidos en map's. Destaco como negativo que pedimos ayuda con agua que entraba a la habitación por lluvia y no lo hicieron, y la sala de juegos están bastante descuidados

Ótima pousada, localização excelente, vista incrível! Ótimo atendimento, principalmente da recepção (João) e do garçom (Mateus), todos atenciosos e bem educados! Sugestões: melhor sinal de wi fi no quarto, transfer de volta da Rua das Pedras, balança de precisão na recepção para pesar as malas. Acrescentar no café de manhã um pão de queijo e outros salgados.

Hermoso hotel para venir en pareja. Se destaca la amabilidad de la atención, las vistas, la comodidad y el desayuno es muy rico y variado. Además, el sitio está rodeado de mucha naturaleza. La única observación es que queda arriba de un morro. Por lo tanto, ir y venir del centro y de la playa requiere contar con energía y/o transporte.
