I have been traveling for some time now and I have stayed in hundreds of different hotels around the world. Some of these hotels vary in price, size, location hotel room accommodation and for me the best part is the view where I can appreciate the nature and its historic significance. There are going to be times when we find small discrepancies in the rooms, restaurants and other amenities. However they have one factor one main reason these faulty elements experiences exist. People. In order to have the best and most amazing hotel experience is if you bring and train people with the right knowledge, skills and commitment to excellence and performance. One of those employees I found it working at Le Meridien, a Hilton Hotel in Arlington Virginia. Sintya is the Front Desk Hotel Supervisors at Le Meridien. This amazing Supervisor was working alone and the fact that she had people waiting, phone ringing, checking people in never lost composure and professionally managed to complete all the tasks with ease and with a smile. She assigned me with a room of my delight and with a view contemplating Georgetown. Even to my surprise a watched the President’s signature Helicopter Marine One passing by as requested by Sintya to welcome me home. To complete the Marriott experience Sintya managed to remember that I was celebrating my birthday. This is the most memorable and important reason choosing a hotel that will make you feel comfortable, welcome and appreciated as Sintya made me feel in my stay. La Meridien I highly recommend for having unsurpassed expectations and strength and value in its brand and employees. Thanks.
