Just a average hotel nothing special at all

Super friendly and helpful staff ! Clean and spacious rooms with fridge & microwave. Comfy beds & pillows !!! The icing on the cake though was the round trip trolley ride to the ballpark !!!! Comfy & convenient !

You know that saying you get what you pay for…well they would have to pay me to stay there! My blue light told the truth when I arrived at 1am, I ripped off the blanket. In the morning it was SKETCH! Hair: on the lamp,a strand in the refrigerator androidshe bathroom floor is much had gunk. it doesn’t stop ther!e when I pulled back the sheets this morning as I was leaving another hair 2xs longer than mine!!There are hand prints and liquid “drips”on the sliding glass doors as well as on the art work, the headboard. I told management in the morning..”I will let management know”. Do No Stay Here!! I could not upload the video with commentary, it is super something no pretty to look at. I frankly want to puke!

The room had roaches and it was not clean. We could not fall asleep knowing it was roaches crawling around. They need pest control ASAP.

Our stay was fine overall with just a few inconveniences. We booked connecting rooms and opted to pay at the hotel due to wanting flexibility if our plans changed. Upon check-in, they required payment for the rooms separately, which was odd to me and took more time. They also charge a refundable non-smoking fee per room of $50. The back elevator closest to where we parked was not working, so we had quite a trek back through the hotel with luggage and our dogs to get to the working elevator. Once in the room, we get a call that they didn’t ask about the dogs and we had to go back downstairs to pay the pet fees of $25 per night per pet. The hotel is located next to a loud freeway and an abandoned smoke shop, but is within walking distance to two restaurants. The trolley service to Six Flags is through an app you have to install and pay for tickets in advance. The hotel staff did not know how the trolley worked, as the sign and website said our hotel would give us a boarding pass but they didn’t have any, and we stood around for awhile trying to figure it out. Ultimately, were able to get a Lyft to the park. The staff was friendly and on the whole this hotel worked for what we needed, but accounting for the additional fees, the location of the property, and overall lack of amenities, we will likely not stay here again.

Great clean place. But if you want to sleep during the day or night is not possible it’s next to highway and all the noise goes thru the windows

A couple hours after I arrived I realized I had an extra night on the booking so I contacted the front desk, they told me to contact ******* so I did, ******* reached out to them but no one answered the phone at the front desk. Now it's 3 days later and they won't refund the extra night. I originally booked a king room, when I got to the room it was very small so I asked to be moved to a room with two beds. The room was much bigger but they charged and extra $60 for the length of the stay. Rooms are clean, sheets and towels are cheap, rough and definitely not comfortable. They do not have breakfast as advertised. They have coffee and granola bars from 6-9, so bring food, but make sure the mini fridge gets cold, ours seems to be running at about half power. There are a ton of hotels in this area next time I'm going somewhere else.

Great place! only thing was the TV wasn’t working but we were going to bed and leaving the next morning so it was no big deal. Great staff and great view!

A good but very basic option to stay near the stadium for a concert. Walk from the hotel to AT&T stadium

The hotel location is in a quiet area with restaurants nearby. I recommend this hotel if you going to a baseball or football game.

Easy parking, checkin, and nice quiet surroundings, even though it was right across from Six Flags! Loved that there was a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel. Brazilian Steakhouse and Mexican Restaurant right next door, and other options within a 6-10 minute drive. My only complaint is the slow internet...I had to do some remote work while there and it was impossible on the in-house connection. Had to set up my own hotspot. Kind of a pain, but a workable one! Would stay again!

The room was dirty. No toilet paper had to go up front and ask. The bed was hard and the neighbors were noisy. Wouldn’t stay again, not worth the price at all.

I was feeling like something was biting me. I got up checked the bed me and my Son. We didn't find anything. A few days later, it happened again. I was awaken at 5:30 am in the morning cause I was being bitten. It was itchy and swollen. So, checked the bed this time and there the little joker was, a bed bug. Something told me to check the pillow, so I did. There was a bigger bed bug on the pillow. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to the room. I should him the proof on the tissue. The little one was still moving. The rep from the hotel had to kill it. They put us in another room. I didn't have any problems in the new room. I tell you what though. If I had a vehicle, I would've went to another hotel. I had to stay 2 weeks there. It cost me over $800. So, having to deal with bed bugs was just too much.

Terrible customer service. They refused to check me in and were extremely rude about it. They have to have a physical ID card or you can't check in. Then there refused to do anything about it because I went through *******. I definitely won't be going back.
