Lux Hotel & Spa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Quick check inn. Staff attended to any needs . The renovations give the hotel a fresh new feel. I definitely will come back next time I'm in the dallas area, and definitely would recomend the lux.

It was a New Year’s Eve stay , we expected it to be busy and we where surprised it wasn’t , everything was fine until after midnight we encountered some slightly drunken guest on our way back to our room which was to be expected but when things started to escalate right in front of the front desk and the staff did absolutely nothing .. less then nothing actually we where slightly disappointed to say the least other then that it was a good deal

Not sure how this is considered 4 Stars. Nothing could be further from the truth. The lobby starts nice, but once you get to the rooms it's a different story. The carpet looks dirty. The bathtub/shower looks rundown. The showerhead was at chest height. Additionally, the hotel is labeled as Hotel & Spa, but when you try and book massages, you are given the number for an outside vendor (who then comes to the hotel). The worst part was when we returned to the room from a concert at 1 AM. My wife pulled back the covers on the bed, she found these two little additional guests. So I went down to the front desk and the clerk's solution was to credit me the room, check me out and I could find a room at another hotel because they were completely booked at 1 in the morning. After a few minutes, the manager came out and mysteriously found us another room we could be transferred to. So at 2 AM, we packed up all our stuff and moved to the other room. All in all, the experience was not pleasant, to say the least. And I don't recommend anyone do the same.

The spa room has a jacuzzi in the room It was clean big and easy to operate and the room was big enough space to entertain. Will be back soon

The restaurant with bar should be called a bar with food. Not family friendly. The elevators were not optimal and despite telling front desk they left both working. The plugs in bathroom were not functioning and made for super inconvenience to get ready.

Disappointing no indoor pool or hot tub or breakfast. Restaurant only opened on Friday and Saturday

Beds were comfortable but small (full size) Smell in hallway on 6th floor Cleaned bathroom but did not fix the bed

I gave 4 stars for property condition only because my electronic key didn’t work very well. The front desk was wonderful! They sent someone with new keys and they answered the phone every time. Great service! Will stay here again!

The hotel staff including the manager was amazing. The only reason I gave it a 4 star, there were some things that needed fixing and replacing. The room should have had a good look over before giving it to me. I know it was last minute when I asked if I could upgrade. I would have been fine to wait until later to check in, if they had given the room a look over. I will stay there again.
