Check in was fast. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was large enough to accommodate a bath tub. Breakfast was provided with enough choices. Overall a very comfortable stay. Service was excellent from the reception.

Good for quick short stay, includes breakfast.

I would never book a room at this hotel. I booked a room at the Hotel, paid for the room at the Hotel, and they called me (while I was at a wedding) and told me my room was cancelled since I did not check-in before 10:00 pm. On the phone they told me a refund would be issued. However despite the fact that they filled the room, they did not issue a refund -- instead keeping both my payment ($200+) plus however much they charged the person who took my room. My wife and I were forced to sleep on the floor of a friend's room. I've never had an experience where a failure to check-in to a hotel room, after payment has been made, results in the hotel cancelling the room, booking your room to someone else, and not issuing a refund.

This hotel is under new management (July 2023)- the property was recently sold- a lot of changes taking place. I made the reservation months ago with ***********. When I arrived, the room price had dropped but they wouldn't help me with a reduction that was on their own website. Always check the price a day or two before arriving in case it changes. The pool was OK but I didn't use it. The hot tub jets were not working but the tub was hot. The breakfast was OK -however the first day I checked in, there were two police incidents. I stayed here because of the convenience of visiting family that lived nearby but this hotel did not live up to my safety expectations. I also think they had a few long term tenants instead of guests. For one night passing through town, I guess it's OK but I stayed 6 days to visit my family. Also, first floor carpets could use a cleaning- this is a pet friendly hotel- so if you want a pet free room, ask for one upstairs. There are 3 floors. The bed, pillows and TV service was good but there were dog scratches on my door so I knew it was a pet room. I hope they can get this place up to nicer standards. It was a Wyndham hotel, don't know why it failed as a chain hotel. It is right off highway 5 and I could hear the traffic at night in the back room.

The room had an ant infestation; they were everywhere in the room & it was not at all pleasant. This appears to be a problem & complaining to reception was not helpful. The fridge leg was missing & had to be wedged within a paper cup. The bedding & room was clean but the ants were not acceptable. Walls are paper thin. Breakfast was acceptable. The pool had not been cleaned. Would not stay here again and would definitely not recommend it.

False charges and smelly pet room and service poor . Took 3 days back and forth to even get them to reverse charges that were not ours and the smell in the pet room was sooooo bad that we weren’t going to stay but was informed that if we left we would be charged 100 cancelation fee plus our credit card was hit by hotel with a 72.00 charge that still wasn’t told why /or what it was for . Bad experience all around . Wyndham hotels really disappointing .

Nice room and beautiful lobby. Very sweet filipina lady that makes custom omelettes in the breakfast area. Attentive front desk especially the blonde lady. Location was quiet and peaceful. Would come back.

This hotel seemed like a fine budget hotel for work, but wow, I could not be more disappointed in the service I received from this place. I usually don't care much about hotels. As long as I have a clean shower and a bed, I am happy; however, this entire experience made me question the competency of the staff and whether or not some shady business practices were at hand. This hotel was horribly mismanaged, in serious need of technology updates and/or in need of a full staff reset. There were issues regarding my reservation upon arrival; however, the issue was never disclosed to me. When I asked if they were having issues looking it up or offered to give them my confirmation numbers, I was met with silence. The receptionist seemed overly annoyed and never provided an explanation for the frustration. I assumed my reservation was found since I got a room in the end, but I ended up getting double charged for a room I did not stay in. At no point, did anyone tell me I had 2 rooms charged on my reservation - at check in, check out or in the follow up phone call to get my receipt. I called all staff members throughout the week to get the issue resolved, and it turned into a wild goose chase to find a single human willing to help me get answers as to why I was double charged, why I couldn't get a refund or give any clarity on the situation. Eventually, I got a refund for one of the rooms, but hilariously, I was charged for the more expensive room I didn't stay. They wrote down my room number 3 times during my stay here, so how they charged me for the incorrect room is beyond me. While I was staying there, the computer was down multiple times and the people at the front desk were unable to help everyone get checked in or get new room keys when people’s doors wouldn't open. Everything seemed to be broken the whole time, and all the receptionists had to write things down on a piece of paper haphazardly which is likely why there was such mass confusion. I had low expectations for a budget hotel and somehow this experience managed to still disappointment me. Some of the receptionists were quite rude and unprofessional, I heard others complain about hearing mice in the walls, and the general aesthetic of the hotel was subpar. For good measure, let me mention that the toiletries in my room were half used upon arrival - I am all about waste reduction, but I have standards.

Check in really didn't happen as they didn't know how to use our points. Room was dated and furnishings didn't really let you sit there so much unless on the bed. Can't say much else as when we were done with our meeting we simply left and drove home. We wouldn't go back to this property.

The poor staff are overworked and, though pleasant, cannot begin to provide the service needed. The rooms are mediocre, ac and heat are out of your control so we froze, bedding not warm enough and the pillows terrible. Worst night ever with little sleep. Just go somewhere else.

This is an older hotel but it is very well kept up, with a responsive and helpful staff. Built in an earlier time, it is very spacious and roomy. The room are much larger than the current standard room complete with a kitchen and refrigerator and microwave. The value per dollar for quality / space of the room was very good. We were pleased with the property and staff. The Complementary breakfast was wonderful. They have a dedicated chef who made our Omelets to order.

Very nice and clean and I would love to stay again, actually I did attempt to stay one more night but the hotel was already booked. So we had to travel 50 miles further in order to find a Best Western Plus that had vacancies.

The hotel itself is nice. It didn't seem tired or in need of updating or fixing. The lobby and room was clean. Check-in went smoothly. The only disappointing thing about the room was no microwave. It's somewhat hidden off the street. I was on a work trip, having made my initial reservation using my own debit card to guarantee the room. My company subsequently sent over their CC info with a request to use that card to bill for the room. At check-in, I also presented a copy of the company CC info which the desk clerk copied and assured me the room would be billed to that card. She asked for my personal card to use for incidentals, and again I confirmed with her that this was ONLY for incidentals, she assured me that would be the case. The second night of my stay, I returned to the hotel after a 12 hour work day. Neither of my room key cards worked. I returned to the front desk to find nobody there and had to wait 15 minutes. I pleaded with the bar tender to call someone but he said the call would only go to the front desk. Finally I got replacements that did work. At this time, it was going on 10PM. On Monday morning, I contacted my company and told them the problem. They called the hotel and the front desk clerk hung up on them. The GM was suppsed to call the company but did not. As all the money had been schlepped out of my bank account, leaving very little I decided to start calling the hotel myself. So far 2 calls for the GM and no return call. My company, of course, will reimburse me, but in the meantime I am set to overdraw my bank account at the hands of this hotel and their incompetence and unwillingness to handle the problem. They got their money and apparently that's all they care about. The breakfast was very good. Made to order eggs and omelets and lots of other options for a full breakfast. They do have housekeeping but only upon request. There is small gym with a sign on the door that says the state mandates masks. This is blatantly untrue. The state rescinded all mask mandates. Until they change management and up their level of customer service, I would not stay there again.

We travel with a service dog. A black and tan Dachshund named HD (Hotdog). We were pleased this hotel accepted him unlike Angel of the Winds who do not accept and animals including service animals. The rate at Wyndham was very good. Wyndham has a large Koi pond and a second pond, The property boasts beautiful landscaping, a swimming pool, gym, ample and easy outdoor parking, and an outstanding continental breakfast including made-to-order omelettes. Staff were super helpful. Wyndham is located withing a short drive to many attractions such as La Conner and there are ample shopping opportunities close by. When we visit the area again, this is where we will stay.
