Once a year when I make my annual trip to Batesville I always stay at this Super 8 because it's consistently comfortable and clean.

Staff was SUPER accomodating but property is dated. No elevator, so needed 1st floor room, no phone in room, TV and lights did'nt work but staff brought a TV right in for me. Door does not open properly and there is no chain lock on door. Not worried about anyone coming in because you have to do a push/shove to open the door and I will definitely hear someone coming in. Room was clean but covers were not straight, which looked lived in. Commode is not stable or it rocks so you pray you don't fall off. Other than that, it was nice enough!

Room smelled of urine and mold. Had flies and roaches. No smoke detector and bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Carpet and cbair soiled and dirty. My son had what appeared to be bed bug bites on his legs. Hole in carpet and wall. Chain on door lock missing. We came in last minute for a ball tournament and town was booked up or would have left. Cancelled reservations for next night and found other accommodations. Place is absolutely unacceptable needs health inspection. We want our money back. Do not stay there. Have pictures.

Found the rate to be high for property/room condition.
Room was clean but dated.
Front desk never bothered to stand or even greet me upon arrival, nor did she give any info on breakfast or any information a new guest might need to know.
If staff would carry themselves on a higher standard it would definitely improve overall experience.

Both Kimberly and Rikki did above and beyond for my family and I as there was an issue with the rooms we had booked. These 2 ladies give 110 percent to their customers. I canot rave how much they are the best at what they do. They should train everyone the customer care they do. Will book another stay again and again.

Can definitely tell it’s pet friendly by the look of the carpet. Nasty! Furniture in the room was nasty. Bathtub finally drained by the next morning. Went down for the free breakfast which was a joke. Pre-packaged muffins, burritos and the waffle machine wasn’t filled because they were out of butter and syrup. Only thing I can say was the lady at the desk was very friendly and accommodated us with a fan for the room.

Fairly clean, but updates are needed. The tub (because of its age) was stained and begged for a redo. The door locks have not been serviced well. A couple was at the desk when we checked in because their room keys were not working. Neither did ours and it took about 30 min. For them to figure out the lock needed a battery change. The room across the hall had no door handle/lock in it and apparently they had closed it for plumbing problems. The staff was pleasant.

The facilty needs an improvement especially the bathroom & needs repaint.But the staff are good.

It was horrible being homeless at the time with a 1-year-old and also 5 months pregnant. Because I was a local, They were trying to charge me a $150 deposit after Paying a $130 for 1 night. Then after asking for a refund, i was not able to get the funds that night to find a different hotel.
