衞生一般，浴缸有水草毛髮等雜物。酒店很努力的給你營造高級感，但是最基礎的衞生有問題。

We stayed for a week and had the most fantastic holiday! All the staff were so lovely and along with a warm welcome we received a lovely, refreshing cocktail on arrival. We were taken by buggy to our room which was lovely - private pool with sea views. We did find that the balcony area didn't get much sun during the day but think that might be more to do with the time of year we went, and the pool was lovely and refreshing after a day in the sun! We didn't eat at the the hotel in the evening but the breakfasts were really good - you could pick from fresh bread, meats, cheeses and fruit and then something from the menu (scrambled eggs, omelette etc and everything I tried was really nice). I would recommend a massage - we were taken to the sister hotel and it was amazing! The main pool area doesn't have lots of beds but we didn't find it too much of an issue and the pool was heated so no need to brace before you dip your toes in! Location wise, 20 minutes from the airport and located on a bit of a hill - it is walkable but not if you have mobility issues. Having said that, there is a buggy service which we used a couple of times when we weren't feeling very energetic & it drops you off at the bottom of the hill where you'll find a good amount of bars and restaurants, nothing too hectic. The beach is about 10 minute walk from there. I can't say enough good things about the place. The staff were fab, the suite, pool & views were lovely, food great, and its all about total relaxation during the day. I think the wonderful ladies on reception will help you out if you want to arrange any trips. It's the first time we've discussed going back the following year

Wow, where do I start! From the moment we arrived until the second we left (given a farewell gift) everything was outstanding. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite called Vanilla. A beautiful large room with a huge infinity pool. Everything spotlessly clean and the room was turned over twice a day. We had lots of room service and ate in the restaurant 3 times during our stay. The food was impeccable. We enjoyed steak, lamb, pork and chicken dishes. Compliments to to the chef! Breakfast every morning was great, lots of choice and if you wanted to ask for something a little different all needs were accommodated. What makes this hotel extra special is the staff. So kind and friendly, everyone couldn’t do enough for you. We were made to feel super special, with a surprise gift for our anniversary! I wish we could remember everyone’s name to say thank you to, so many! Special thanks to Vicky who communicated brilliantly with me before we arrived, arranging an upgrade and lots more. Special thank you Costa (cocktail) and Catalina who made us amazing drinks in the pool bar and gave us many smiles during our stay. The grooms were amazing, whatever we needed they were there within minutes, we loved being transported by the golf cart! Great service from the room to restaurant or down the hill when going to the beach. Also the beautiful lady who greeted us at reception, sorry cannot remember her name, we called her Mila Kunis, was brilliant to. We cannot thank everyone enough!! Highly recommend!!!!

When we arrived the staff greeted us with an amazing service, very personable. They helped with anything from tour attractions to restaurant suggestions. The room was clean, specious and minimalist which made our stay more than comfortable. The toilet flush broke during our stay and immediately someone came it was fixed within the hour. These things happen it never spoiled our stay. The gym was well equipped and swimming pool was clean and heated, staff were always about to bring refreshments. There was no faults in the breakfast although I still don’t understand what a Harry Potter black tea is. Thank you for our gift and memories never to forget.
