The staff were fantastic and friendly. We had a great time and great skiing. The food was good and my kids enjoyed it (which is not always the case!). I felt that I wanted to leave a review as I think the hotel did an amazing job. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff make this place what it is, always smiling and always happy to help. The half board deal was great value, a choice of three dishes for all three courses, a varied and delicious menu! The hotel is tucked away off the main road that runs through Arinsal, so is peaceful at night.

We stayed here 17th -24th march whilst on ski trip with crystal ski. This is a lovely little hotel tucked away just of the main road. It is nice and quiet in the evenings, and nice and warm to keep you cosy at all times. Breakfast is self service continental style daily, and the evening meals, being 3 course are of multiple choice, and are all very tasty.. "Soledad" the receptionist, was very welcoming, pleasant and very helpful at all times. This is a really good value hotel not to be overlooked. We will be back!

Pleasent staff very welcoming and always smiling ,nothing to much off a problem,food excellent always fresh and very well presented ,hot water and clean laundry ,clean rooms,excellent location to the town centre very reasonably priced

The hotel is a tucked away gem. But 19 min walk to gondola and only 5 minute walk to fantastic entertainment. Rooms kept immaculate and nothing is too much trouble. Hotel staff are attentive and friendly. Reception are always helpful. The restaurant staff are truly incredible and the food and service is of a high standard. We will definitely book again

The staff were wonderfully friendly, especially the lovely waitresses. The reception and bar area were clean and modern. The restaurant was a bit more traditional but clean and homely. The food was good, and they tried exceptionally hard to adapt the menu for me (vegan) and my fussy teenage vegetarian daughters. Some days they pulled this off better than others, but we were never hungry. The room was quite cramped for the 4 of us, a fold out sofa bed and two singles in a long narrow room but we coped. The bathroom was spacious with the "best shower we have ever had" said one of my daughters. The chalet was about half a mile up hill walk to the Gondola which didn't matter in the end as they closed them the day we got there and we had to be bused to neighbouring resort and the bus stop was at the bottom of the hill. They had skilockers you could hire for €10 deposit too. I have read complaints of the hotel being noisy, this was not our experience but this may be because we were end of season. We had a bit of noise on our second to last night from the room above from some enthusiastic children who had just arrived but apart from that it was quite quiet. All in all a lovely stay, good value, we would return but probably not so late in the season.
