房間景觀不錯，陽台視野好，可以看海。早餐豐盛，入住贈送歡迎飲料。距離機場車程大概20分鐘。遺憾沒有體驗******

I would avoid this hotel. It calls itself 5 star but the management must think it is 2 star because they treat you very poorly. The room was very nice and the gym fantastic – but that is where it ends. Firstly, we were told very clearly that we needed a card to get towels at the pool and that, if we lost it we would be charged $20 each. This is a 5 star hotel – cards to get pool towels is ridiculous. Then we left a book in the restaurant and when we went back the next day no-one had any idea what the procedure was regarding lost property. We did get it back eventually but how did no-one know where lost property was held? Poor management! The restaurant staff were terrible – at no point did anyone every come and ask us if we wanted to order or if we needed anything. We had to go to them every time – even though there were 5 or 6 of them milling around – it was very strange. But the most bizarre thing was when we mentioned that we had run out of coffee pods in the room and we were told we had to pay for them!!! We were in a suite, in a 5 star hotel and being told we had to pay for coffee pods. These are just a few examples of the poor service - ther were many more. Just not good enough –I have no idea who is managing this hotel but they clearly have little to no experience. There must be better options in Arica.

The hotel overall is good. However housekeeping and, most of all, the service at the restaurant was bad. We had lunch the first and had to wait an unacceptable long time. We have some food sensitivities, but the staff seems not to understand how this is important. I was sick for a couple of days, and my wife was not allowed to take my included breakfast to our room, saying that there was an extra charge for room service. I asked for fried eggs at breakfast, but they told me that.the egg service was only for omelets (!!!). Not really a 5-star service.

I have traveled quite a bit internationally and all round, in my opinion, I would say this has got to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at this establishment. The Antay Hotel and Spa is the most memorable thing I have about my several days stay in Arica.

i didnt like the breakfast with no option to take it to your room. if your wife wants to sleep in you cannot take her breakfast to the room. it is against the rules.
there should be local olives and fresh local bread for breakfast.

Not much to criticize in this modern, somewhat impersonal hotel. Front desk is very nice, location is perfect and breakfast above average. Even the price is good! You can safely book there and enjoy the view on the (not so nice unfortunately) coast.

Just about everything and everyone was great at this hotel. Rooms were spacious with a large balcony. Bathroom was modern, clean, and functional. Breakfast was good, not great, but the staff were all exceptional. I was surprised at the amount of English spoken. The in house tour desk is also excellent. Highly recommend all around!

The Antay Hotel & Spa in Arica is an excellent hotel. Its infrastructure is top notch and the service is really, really friendly. The pools are really nice and ther's also a fully equipped gym. On top of that its Alborada restaurant is really good.
