The Twelve Suites Collection

We have just returned from a 3 centre holiday to Kefalonia. Our first stop was Argostoli for a 3 night stay and The Twelve Suites certainly didn’t disappoint. Great check in and lots of advice on where to visit and recommendations for restaurants etc. The 2 bedroom suite was beautiful , clean and so spacious. Everything was absolutely spotless. Lovely welcome hamper and fresh fruit. Cleaning service every day. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops just on the doorstep and within easy walking distance. Free parking available just opposite the apartments. We would certainly recommend The Twelve Suites and would stay there again. We’ve already recommended it to lots of people. The photos on the website look beautiful but it’s even better in real life….its a credit to you all and the hard work that you’ve put into it to get it to this standard. Best apartments we’ve stayed in.

Unbelievable! A real treat! Super new and updated. We got that apartment experience for sure. Close to everything! Plenty of parking! Unbelievable view! Athena at the front desk was an angel. She treated us like family and is very knowledgeable! Bravo!

We had a fantastic stay at the 12 Suites. (family of four, & we stayed for a week). - The location is perfect. Right across from the ferry to Lixouri; short walk to the main square in Argostoli; and lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Despite being in a very central area, the soundproofing is excellent. - The suite was excellent, and exactly like the photos -- we had zero complaints (three bedroom suite). Very well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds, good A/C in every room (even in extraordinarily hot weather), well-equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine. - The service was exceptional. Athina was always around and accessible, and very responsive to our requests. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Overall we were super pleased with our experience!

From the moment you arrive Athina makes sure that you have everything you need. She shares her mobile number and is able to assist with suggestions of where to visit and when as well as suggestions on where to eat. As well as assisting us with details for booking a boat. The apartment itself was a large, modern, very clean and very comfortable with great Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There were lovely welcoming touches and clean beach towels every day. There is free car parking directly opposite which does get busy but we didn’t have an issue with finding a space. The apartment is close to restaurants and shops but it still very quiet. The ferry to Lixouri is just close by and really east to use and a great way to get to that part of the island. Our flight home was delayed by a day and Athina was so helpful.

Large & spacious apartment hotel. Very comfortable beds and great view of the harbour. Great location to dining, shopping and boat trips. Athina, who was at front reception was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make it a memorable holiday for our family.

For many years, our travels have taken us to the picturesque island of Kefalonia, a gem of the Ionian Sea that is rich in history, culture, and captivating beauty. But it was on our most recent visit, we discovered a remarkable new addition to the island's hospitality scene - Twelve Suites Collection Hotel. Located in the heart of bustling Argostoli, Kefalonia's capital, Twelve Suites is an impressive display of modern elegance wrapped in a shell of historical charm. Situated in a freshly renovated building that faces the city's lively harbour, this brand-new boutique hotel effortlessly combines convenience with class. From the moment we arrived, the suite captured our hearts. The full wrap-around balcony of the Grand Terrace Suite took our breath away. It offered an unparalleled view of the harbour and the city of Argostoli in all its beauty. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning cup of coffee there while watching the sun rise over the mountain. The evening sunsets viewed from the back part of this suite’s balcony were visually stunning and offered many wonderful photo opportunities. It is difficult to put in words how it felt to come back after a day of touring the island to find our suite impeccably cleaned and ready to welcome us back. There was such a sense of tranquillity and peace. It was like coming home after a long trip. The arrival of the cruise ships and the comings and goings of the Argostoli-Lixouri ferry boats provided endless hours of entertainment from our balcony. When we didn’t feel like eating out, we simply picked up our order in the nearby Platia (main town square) and enjoyed a quiet dinner on our balcony - the large outdoor dining set featured in this suite was such a nice a touch! Afterwards, we fully enjoyed using the outdoor seating area which included sofas and a table, beanbag chairs and a swing for added enjoyment. The interior of this suite, as is the case with all their suites, was spacious and thoughtfully furnished, down to the last detail! A full modern kitchen that included a dishwasher, washer for clothes and microwave helped to make our stay one of the best we’ve had at a hotel or lodging. The convenience of the mini supermarket just a few steps away was priceless and allowed us to purchase our breakfast materials, drinks and snacks for our daily excursions. What struck us as particularly impressive was the integration of smart technologies into the hotel's design. Keyless entries offered the freedom of carefree strolls without worrying about misplaced keys. Smart controls throughout the suite made energy management a breeze, and we were thrilled with the commitment to reducing energy waste. The car rental agency on the first floor of the building was extremely convenient and reasonably priced. Public parking at two municipal lots across the street was very convenient, further enhancing the positive experiences this hotel offers.
