Large apartment that deserves a general refresh (old-fashioned kitchen without worktop / quite old bathroom / skylight upstairs blocked and out of order) Too bad because well placed

Excellent location for this very well maintained residence 2 steps from the beach and a few shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is sumptuous, very clean. The apartment is nice with a large balcony and a very nice view.
