I canceled the reservation made 6 hours after it was made, I paid 500 euros and the hotel did not return a penny to me considering that the cancellation fee was 320 euros

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Just in the edge of the Argasi village, a couple steps away from the sea. I could also walk the distance to Zante. It took me 30'. The stuff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean with a nice balcony, TV set, A/C, fridge, coffee maker and cups. My stay was comfortable, I recommend and I would go again.

非常棒！雖然不在鎮上，要走大概半個小時到這個酒店，但是也在各個團的接送路網上，很安靜，環境很好，設施也很棒，一個人入住也比較便宜，性價比很不錯👍

Let me start by saying , we love Greece and have been coming for over 20 years , we love the family run basic Greek charm, and as long as rooms are clean, we dont mind as we dont go away to look at the rooms.However I feel a bit cheated for what we paid and what they show and promise on their site, this hotel over promises and under delivers big time. the pool 8 sunbeds in the shade yes only 8 !, around a cramped pool area ( not whats shown in their pics) its full of unnecessary gimmicks like a sauna (who needs a sauna in a hot country ) and Jacuzzi, both at least 20 euros to use , itsa waste of space when more more sunbeds are needed, its so shady that if your lucky youl get 2 hours of a half tanned body, then forget it. its right next to a busy road youl choke on the fumes if your by the tiny pool, umbrellas nailed to the floor , you cant use them. rooms are dark & dated , if thisis refurbished ifd hate to have seen it before , what fun using the waterfall shower , watching it soak the toilet and floor another gimmick badly installed and not suitable fora basic greek bathroom, no sea view or view of the church as boasted on their website, breakfast was ok , but some strange things on offer like left over chicken & veg, all chopped up like baby food, your being watched like a hawk by the owner, just in case you eat too much, and we dont by the way. made us feel very uncomfortable, maid service was good a little early and every day ! Agassi location is good if a little commercial, so the reviews i read and research i did on their web site before booking, has made me a bit confused, maybe im missing something, they are not particularly friendly , but not rude either so fine with us . except the breakfast watcher, its rude to watch people eat, pretend at least to be doing something rather than stare , this is a dated budget place , with no privacy on the balcony, no views and charges too much for whats on offer , the web site pics dont show the all the rooms , theirs better for less money, so dont be ****** in like us and fall for the inflated boast and stretched pictures , oh and hairdryer out of the 70s i think in the bathroom !

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. My room (for one) is huge!!! Two double beds, a sofa bed, wardrobe, a shower room, a balcony, (tv), air conditioning, and a fully fitted kitchenette - even has a bottle opener. Is very clean, as it’s cleaned every day, clean towels every other day. The breakfast is good. A decent selection of food. Pool area is clean, crystal clear and cool water. Short walk - 3/5 minutes to town where you can find gift shops, café shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants and spa treatments. As well as lots of day tour operators. A narrow beach - it shelves a long way out , making it ideal for families. Also buses to other towns and beaches & the tourist train. Avoid the taxis, very expensive. Local buses are 1.60€, train 7€ return. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just stayed here for 11 nights. I cannot fault the hotel at all. Yes there is a steep hill up to the rooms so if you struggle with mobility take this into account but I saw guests with very poor mobility managing! Breakfast had plenty of choice. Cereal, yogurt, toast, cakes, sliced meats, cheese, sausage, small pastrey's, eggs, juice, coffee etc. There was enough to keep us going until tea time. The room had all we needed - safe, air con, fridge and a lovely comfy bed! It was cleaned every day, beds made and towels changed. Always got a welcoming smile and a good morning from the cleaners. Did use the pool - it was very cold, but so was the sea on some days! Hotel is on a busy main road with no footpath outside but there is room to walk single file and it was only for a couple of minutes. The hotel is located near to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Not a lot of beach along argassi front but there is a free bus to banana beach (we didn't use this). There is no shortage of car/scooter/quad hire places and there are plenty of places to book your boat trips. I would definitely recommend a stay here - a small, quiet, friendly hotel. Molto carino accogliente colazione buonissima gestione da famiglia, era tutto che serve sempre, vicinissimo a tutte le spiagge ristorante supermercati, proprietari gentilissimi , pulizie accurate,un baretto dentro, anche la cucina volendo.Da tornare.

Die Zimmer: einwandfrei mit Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Bügelbrett, Haartrockner, Balkon. Tgliche Reinigung, (fast) immer verbunden m it Handtuchwechsel. W-Lan gut, Pool ok. "Sauna" etwas in die Jahre gekommen, 8 Liegen am Pool, 6 davon mit Schirm. Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße, meistens sehr laut. Verpflegungsbeschreibungen auf der Homepage entsprechen abolut NICHT der Realität: oder sind komplett veraltet: AUFGEFÜHRTE Snacks existieren überhaupt nicht, an der kleinen Bar, die nur sporadisch geöffnet ist, werden stattdessen Chipstüten angeboten. Marmelade & Schokocreme im Frühstücksraum ungekühlt in viel zu großen Behältern und ??? Tage alt. Marmelade schmeckte angegoren, Schokocreme klumpig mit abgesonderten Fett- Wasserabsonderungen. Gesamtes Servicepersonal besteht aus nur einer Person, der Mitarbeiter ist freundlich, aber leider vollkommen desinteressiert. Der Aufgang zu den Zimmern ist recht steil.

L'hotel avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di una rinfrescata ma ha a suo favore molti aspetti positivi: la location strategica, la piscina non piccola, l'ampiezza delle camere e la pulizia. Aggiungo anche la cortesia della proprietaria, sempre sorridente e pronta ad aiutare gli ospiti. Nel complesso un'ottima scelta, anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
