Our stay at Il Palazzo about a year ago was truly memorable. Nestled in beautiful countryside, this agriturismo offered a perfect blend of relaxation and charm. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the vineyards. While we didn’t have dinner, we thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and took part in a delightful wine tasting just before the harvest. The experience of sampling their wines amidst the picturesque setting was a highlight of our trip. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with recommendations. Overall, Il Palazzo is a hidden gem, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of the Italian countryside. Highly recommended!

This place could be so much better! The rooms are lovely, modern and cool and the comfiest bed, beautiful swimming pool area, incredible food at the Resaturant but it’s so let down by the attitude of the staff and the no can do approach. We are so used to the Italian ways of nothing is to much to ask but we didn’t get this here at all. No option for late check out, if you want to purchase wine from the onsite vineyard you cannot through the hotel because the wine shop is shut on a Saturday and Sunday, this doesn’t make sense as they are quite literally losing SO much revenue. Real shame as it’s such a gorgeous hotel and the views are breathtaking!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Laura and all the team at Il Palazzo for making our wedding so special. Il Palazzo holds a special place in our hearts. The chapel was a perfect place for our intimate ceremony with breathtaking views for our photographs. The service we have received from Laura and the team has been truly exceptional. From our initial enquiry early in 2023 through to the event in June 2024 nothing has been left to chance. Laura looked after our every need. She organised the most amazing catering team, celebrant, photographer and ensured that our special day was exactly that and so much more. Our guests enjoyed wine tasting, a pizza party and time relaxing by the pool. The accommodation was beautifully presented, and the staff are second to none. We can’t wait to return.

Posto incantevole, cibo eccellente e vino delizioso!!! Siamo andati a comprare vino ed olio (sempre di altissima qualità) e la sera abbiamo deciso di rimanere a cena. Un'esperienza meravigliosaaaa in un posto meravigliosooooo. Personale competente, gentile, disponibile e mai invadente. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci! Consigliatissimo

La gentillesse du personnel ❤️ Nikita le chef pour sa superbe cuisine et son merveilleux cours de cuisine ( nous savons enfin faire des pâtes) Paola et Yanelis pour leurs accueil et surtout le sourire Les deux serveurs du soir (toutes mes excuses j'ai oublié les prénoms) pour leur réel engagement à satisfaire le client. L'hôtel est situé dans un endroit magnifique 🤩 La piscine est super, la chambre mignonne. Merci à tous vraiment pour nos vacances Vous êtes exceptionnel ! A bientôt, en Toscane ou en France 😁

Magnifica tenuta in posizione spettacolare e comoda alla città di Arezzo. Ospitalità perfetta, colazione abbondante, camera ampia e silenziosa con letto comodo e servizi puliti con ottimi prodotti di cortesia. L'osteria è molto piacevole e il personale qualificato.

Tutto perfetto! Massima cura nei dettagli e grande accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. Ti senti a casa ed in una reggia!!!! Sinceramente non riesco proprio a trovare nulla di negativo….. tutto ok! Da ritornarci per una bella vacanza in Toscana.

Giunta alla tenuta verso sera è stato magico essere accolti da una piccola stradina in salita illuminata, lasciava molta suspence e le Aspettative non sono state tradite! L accoglienza della sig.ra Paola Vi lascerà con un sorriso stampato sul viso! Appartamento molto rustico e accogliente, set asciugamani morbidissimi. Ottima la.colazione e nella stagione estiva non tralasciate di visitare tutto il verde che circonda la tenuta
