Nessuno ad accoglierci se non per telefono, trattati con superficialità come se ci stessero facendo un favore . Giardino non curato con sporcizia e deiezioni . Addirittura ci hanno dato la responsabilità di non far uscire il cane dal cancello, il quale è mal gestito e non educato. Appartamento gelido e non pulito.
