Superb hotel in a brilliant location. Beautiful building and reception area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Juan helped us out with a few things, including sourcing a better adaptor to charge all those essential electronics. Good sunset view from the terrace on our floor

A hotel set within a beautiful colonial building in the heart of Arequipa. The staff make the place - without exception, they were absolutely charming and very helpful. We enjoyed several pisco sours in the bar and breakfast was taken outside in the courtyard, with loads of options. The rooms are in a modern addition to the rear of the historic building and were perfectly fine with good AC, which we needed. Highly recommended.

Excellent location; nice room; good breakfast in lovely courtyard; helpful staff. This is not a luxury hotel but a nice place to stay in a nicely renovated old house complete with its original chapel. The best feature of the hotel is the excellent location. Just around the block from the historic Monasterio Santa Catalina, which is actually a convent. It’s a must visit as is the impressive square with the cathedral which is located about 4 blocks away. Lovely city that is with a visit to understand and experience Peru.

The staff at each site were friendly, professional and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable with easy access to wifi. Breakfast and dinner catered to a variety of needs. They were willing to accommodate early check-in or late check-out wherever possible or to store our luggage while we were sightseeing.

Casa Andina Premium was our home for seven wonderful days in Arequipa. Although an exhausting family trip they made us feel as home. All the staff went above and beyond and were always helpful and friendly. We fondly remember Vicente and Tab and their patience with our two children who were so interested in the Copa America and Eurocopa that became a regular every night at the restaurant. Thank you for the gifts you gave them on our last day and all your tips during our stay. The hotel location is unbeatable, close to everything in the historical center of Arequipa. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Amazing Location !! At arrival we were greeted by the Staff which were very professional and friendly. We were facilitated transport and tour guide information. We stayed at one of their Suites and it was pristine. (Thank you Doris for keeping the room spotless throughout our stay) !! I had the pleasure to meet Juan Trigoso ! He always greeted us with a smile and asked about our day . Juan offered us top notch service, very amiable, and gave us the best recommendations for restaurants & points of interest. Very pleased with Casa Andina Premium and its Staff . I would definitely recommend .

Oscar was the man. Oscars service was fantastic all the way through! He was a super nice human and spoke very strong English. I got to sit down with him and learn how to make a famous Peruvian sour alcoholic cocktail called a Pisco Sour. Great service!

One of the best hotels I've been at in Peru, and we have been to many here over the years. The atmosphere, security, room, food and service are top notch. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Arequipa. Jhonny was one of our favorites and was very helpful during our stay.

From the beginning to the end of our stay, their services were really great. They were happy to please us and make our stay wonderful. We had a major situation when all flights at Lima airport, including ours, got canceled, and we had to rearrange our dates at the hotel. They were diligent in accommodating us. Johnny, the valet guy, is wonderful, very helpful, and knowledgeable. We definitely will stay at this chain again.
