I booked this holiday as a last-minute getaway with my 7 year old. We spent four days here. I wasn't too sure what to expect after reading previous reviews, but we had such a fabulous time. The hotel is lovely, three pools and the waterpark opposite. The water was freezing though, we couldn't spend more than half an hour or so in there without being too cold, that we had to get out. All the staff were helpful and helped if we needed anything. The breakfast was nice, different eggs (scrambled, fried etc) and they have a decent selection. We always found something to eat at dinner (my son loved the pasta). It wasn't the best AI food I've ever had, but also not the worst. It was very reasonably priced to eat out, though, and there were many nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the entertainment was good. The entertainment and kids club team were really enthusiastic, and my son loved them all! Menorca itself is an absolute gorgeous island. I was a bit apprehensive as it was the first time I had been abroad with him on my own, but we both felt really safe walking around the island and visiting different places by taxi and public transport. Menorca has definitely won our hearts, and we will visit again.

Fantastic all inclusive holiday. The hotel is very clean and the bedroom is well kept. The air conditioning is not as powerful as in other hotels and it takes quite a while to cool the room. Be prepared to pay an extra tax for staying in Menorca (about €38 for 3 people), €10 cash only deposit for each beach towel (refunded at the end of your stay) and also extra money if you want to use the safe in the room (charged per day or for the week). The swimming pools were very clean and the water park across the road (which we had unlimited access to) is really good with a variety of pools and slides for children of all ages. All the all inclusive drinks and snacks are also available at the water park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Andre at the reception suggested lots of beautiful beaches for us to go to around the hotel and further afield. He also mentioned local spots to watch the sunset and provided us with the bus itineraries and all relevant information. The hotel has a great variety of food and drinks. I do agree that the cocktails are not the best but the draft sangria and wine were ok. I wish there was a better variety of ice lollies and ice creams in the all inclusive for the kids (just strawberry, chocolate or vanilla ice cream was not a success with my teens). It was a lovely surprise to have a bottle of bubbly in the room as a gift for our second stay at Los Delfines and the beach bag was very useful for taking the towels to the water park.

We had read all the reviews before going. So this is our honest opinion. Hotel and apartments were very clean and spacious. The pools of which there are 3 and a small waterpark were cleaned every morning before they opened at 10am, plenty of floats and inflatables left by previous guests. Yes they are cold but once you are in, it's fine. Plenty of decent sunbeds and parasols and loads stacked up. We never had a problem with the food, there was always plenty of choices, even for my son who is a picky eater, found something to eat. The waterpark was amazing, again water cold, but it certainly didn't stop anyone from having fun, the snack bar is fast and efficient, life guards actually do their job keeping everyone safe. There are 4 big slides, a smaller section for under 10s and a small pool with 2 medium slides, again plenty of good quality sunbeds and parasols. The bar staff work day and night, yes there are usually only one or two on but they work fast to try and reduce the queues. Now my only little moan. The all-inclusive alcohol, beer is San Miguel, with a few cocktails, cava , wines and spirits. The spirits are terrible, I couldn't find anything that I felt happy drinking so I tended to drink coffee. Every single member of staff work really hard for long hours at a time, so they might not have time to chat, which I feel people make take as they are not friendly, but they are so busy, keeping the hotel running so well and that is their focus. Basically in a nutshell, if you want a lovely holiday in a lovely hotel/apartment then this is for you.

As everyone else we read the reviews about here and found both negative and positive experiences that i can both agree on. The hotel staff are great, some more than others but all go out their way to help you, especially the cleaning staff which work all day and night. Positives of the hotel - ✅ Very clean - rooms, reception, bar, pool. ✅ Good surrounding area full of local bars, restaurants and shops ✅ Rooms were good size ✅ Entertainment staff always working hard trying to get everyone involved ✅ Great local area, called Jimmy Hills, which is full of bars with a main stage in the middle where live musicals play. ✅Beautiful coves and beaches located very close ✅ Aquapark is a great addition to the hotel ✅ Great sized pools - although are absolutely freezing However we did find quite a few negatives, ❌ Food was always cold, and flies are sometimes all over however ✅ great food at the joint on attraction of the hotel, the aquapark, where food is made by order so was always warm and fresh. ❌ Beds were absolutely rock solid ❌ Not a lot of space to put clothes, there was a wardrobe but no draws or anything for essentials to place ❌ The drinks menu is actually quite poor for all inclusive, this is the first hotel where all drinks on the menu aren't included in all inclusive, there was only a small selection of drinks included in all inclusive and everything else you have to pay for. ❌Unfortunately, our room was right next to the main pipe, which we could hear all night, I understand this wont be the case for everyone but will if your rooms 307 ❌ Tourist tax was quite high compared to other holidays we have been on this year I would say the hotel is placed correctly at a 4 star, although there is many improvements that could easily be made. I would aim the holiday at families with younger children as they are very accommodating and aimed at this. We had a great time but unfortunately wouldn't go back.

We had a very nice holiday, just returned today. Weather was beautiful. Staff were friendly. Room was basic but had everything that we needed. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, which was great, just walked out our door and we were by the pool. Mattress was very firm, we slept well but at end of the week my husband had a really bad back. Maid came every day and room was spotless. Pool was cold but once you got in it was lovely. Aquapark was brilliant fun and nice that you can have certain snacks there if you are all inclusive . Onion rings are lovely but chicken nuggets are a bit odd. There's loads of sunbeds around pool and Aquapark. I know lots of people moan about the food, but I found it to be nice. Everything was hot and cooked thoroughly. Plenty of choice. If you want al a carte go somewhere else. We never struggled to find something to eat. We went to jimmy hills a couple of times great entertainment there. I booked to go the beginning of October as I thought there wouldn't be many children there as it wasn't a school holiday. I was wrong loads of children were there. I don't think I would go again only because I haven't got young children. It's perfect for families. We did really enjoy but will stick to adult only hotels for our holidays in the future . Pool towels are €10, safe €45 and tourist tax was €61 for 2 of us for 7 days in apartment. You get the money back for towels when you hand them back at end of the holiday and we got€10 back when we finished using the safe at the end of the holiday.

Great hotel we went all inclusive which gave us unlimited access to waterpark just over road aswell plus you can eat there too food at hotel was first good so much you can never go hungry with times to suit everyone breakfast 6.30-930am then snacks at 12-1pm the lunch 1300-1500 snacks again at 1530 dinner 1830 -2100 it's endless! Apartments nice with large balcony amd very quiet they have a security gusrd patrolling for niose which is fab... please bear in mind lots of stairs if in top Apartments.,no lifts Internet not fantastic entertainment is near every night and lots of kids activities during whole day and bingo but finishes promptly at 10.30pm and sift music all off at 11pm bit about right fur a family hotel pubs abd restaurants a plenty in 5 mins walk and very kid friendly with play areas menorca is fab place for young kids so I'd recommend it as it's under 2 hours on a plane and an hour transfer and sunshine
