1. The rooms we stayed in was very humid and had musty air. 2. There is no soundproofing whatsoever, so you can hear everything that happens outside. 3. The wifi didnt reach out room 4. The breakfast buffet was poor. There was food on the floor that wasn't cleaned up promptly by the staff, plates and breakfast items took very long to get replenished. Overall a chaotic breakfast experience.

Cleaning very basic (even coming in to clean when we asked not too)

This hotel hasn’t disappointed us in any way and we are on our third day here. The highlight of the stay must be the food; delicious, always warm and replenished regularly by the chef, the swimming pool and an easy access to an amazing beach at Cala Galdana. The premises are very well kept and all the staff, including the cleaning staff, are very helpful and very approachable. This extends to the kids club, who are so patient with my autistic daughter, and never made us feel uneasy. The two of them filled out the stage sufficiently and treated us to a fun kids disco and a bingo show during the last night’s show and we are invited to the Zumba and a pool disco later on today. The decor of the hotel lounge and a restaurant are simply stunning and make your dining experience even better. We have never struggled with getting the sun beds at the pool side and the pool is clean and very well maintained. The manager is seen on a regular basis helping the staff with e.g. ensuring all the guests had the sun parasols when it became too hot at the pool side or at meal times. This hotel is a lovely option if you prefer less crowded facility with more intimate entertainment but an excellent food. The only improvement required would be to the one of the rooms we stayed in, which had some slight water markings and unkept back garden, but we understand that Spain experienced a lot of rainfall in June and not all of the rooms had been yet restored. On this note my daughter’s bedroom is in a perfect condition and they are very pleased with it. We are returning next year for sure.

We stayed in a small apartment for 3 adults, the room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very good even if maybe there are many people but it's high season and it's normal, the food is good quality with international and local specialities. The swimming pool is clean and nice for children mainly/ The position of the hotel is optimal, close to Cala Galdana , you can reach the first beach in less then 10 min walking and reach other nice and small beaches with walking path. I reccomand this hotel, for family but also for friends.

ILunion is a lovely apartahotel. It is quiet and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and clean and such a pleasure to return to. The hotel staff are all helpful and very pleasant. We had breakfast which was delicious, a very comprehensive choice and something for everyone. The pool area is lovely and the swimming pool is great. The hotel supports green initiatives and provides sustainable products to help the environment.

Nice basic hotel. Good standard room serviced daily with a small kitchen area. Good little balcony with the evening sun. Stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast consisted of cold meats and cheeses, lots of fresh fruit and some hot options. Some basic entertainment in the evenings. Nice pool area. Staff at reception were very helpful and spoke good English. It takes about 45 minutes to get there from the airport by taxi and costs 50 Euro including a tip. The hotel is located a few hundred yards up quite a steep hill which could be a challenge for some. For those walking from the beach to the hotel there is a shortcut which makes it much shorter than walking up by the road. There are many good restaurants close to the hotel. menu o f the day is about 20 Euro. If you order off the main menu quality, variety and quantity are significantly better but expect to pay about 50 Euro per person including a bottle of wine. The Cala Galdana beach area is really beautiful. We travel a lot and this is one of the best views we have seen. There is a long sandy beach, with very fine sand. There is a nice walk to other local beaches however it is quite rocky, and takes about 45 minutes to get there, the views along the way are stunning. The first beach you come to has good facilities and a restaurant. The next beach (about 15 mins extra) is the better beach, but is very crowded and has no facilities, not even a toilet. The bushes were the only facility available!
