Pierre & Vacances Menorca Cala Blanes

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de Ciutadella, de una calita tranquila, restaurantes, supermercados, etc. La limpieza del complejo bien, pero la de la habitación bastante mal porque me alojé 5 días y no me cambiaron sábanas/toallas ningún día ni tampoco limpiaron la habitación. El personal bien, pero los servicios dejan mucho que desear, tuve un problema con la llave del hotel y en ninguno de los números de teléfono que habían me pudieron ayudar, tuve que buscarme alojamiento y la recepción está inoperativa desde las 00 hasta las 08:00, lo cual me parece inapropiado e ilógico porque frente a inconvenientes o imprevistos te sientes impotente e ignorado. Creo que hay muchos aspectos que deberían tenerae en cuenta, cambiarlos y mejorarlos.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is spotlessly clean and has lovely views of the sea and the grounds. The beautiful cove is a 3 minute walk and is great for swimming as very shallow so perfect for kids. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel they were all so helpful and really made our stay enjoyable.

Lovely stay in an ideal location a short 15 minutes walk to the near by shops and restaurants and only a 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach where you can enjoy plenty of drink and food. A lovely pool area that is very clean. We stayed in may and it was extremely quiet but this made is very easy to get a sunbed and it was extremely relaxing! There is a very nice "barket" where you can get food a drink, the staff are nice and friendly! The rooms are nice and clean but you will only get new towels once in your stay and will be charged if you want your room cleaning again! Be aware they will ask for a €200 deposit on arrival at the hotel this did catch us out as we wasn't aware before!! It was back in out bank a few hours after checking out. All the staff were extremely friendly and couldnt help enough! We had a problem with our transfer back to the airport, absolutely no fault of the hotel but the manager couldnt do enough in sorting it out for us! Overall a lovely relaxing stay!

Our apartment was immaculately clean and had a nice pool view on the ground floor. We were a party of 3 adults but only had bedding and towels for 2 adults. This was not a problem, however, as fresh towels were brought the next day and we didn't really need extra sheets due to the warm nights! Unfortunately, the mini-market was not open as it closes in September for the winter season. There was also no eating or drinking facilities open. Although the apartments were very quiet - about 25% occupancy the whole ten days we were there, late check out was not even considered. The nearest toilet available, I was told, was "on the beach!". I'm glad I didn't have little ones with me or we were poorly! We spent every evening in Los Delfines which is a 20 minute walk away. There you can find a number of restaurants, though choose wisely as a lot had issues with flies. We walked into Ciutadella one day which took 40/45 minutes, be mindful if you go there as most shops and restaurants close for siesta, opening again at 5pm. There are a couple of supermarkets about a ten minute walk away. If you are a smoker, be aware that there is nowhere to buy cigarettes/tobacco from except a vending machine in one of the bars in Los Delfines. So make sure you stock up or take a trip to a Tabac in Ciutadella. There are a couple of supermarkets about ten minutes walk away (but they don't sell them). These apartments were perfect for a very quiet break, just reading by the pool and meandering to a an eatery at the end of the day.

We have just returned from a lovely 11 night stay at Pierre & Vacances. Pros - Pool lovely and clean, plenty of sunbeds. - Rooms new and clean. - Reception staff all friendly and very helpful. - Perfect location - a minute from the beautiful pirates cove, 10 minute walk from Los Delphines, 10 minute bus/taxi ride into Ciutadella. - Mini market - basic but came in handy and the lady who worked there was lovely and friendly. Cons - No toilet around the pool area - we were unable to have a late check out on our last day as the apartments were full which meant we had a full day before our night flight without use of a toilet with 2 young children which was really less than ideal. - No pool bar however it looked like it is being renovated ready to open. - Our room was one of few rooms without a nice view - some nice trees but pool view blocked by marque/building and a skip. Still nice to sit outside. Overall would definitely return, lovely stay.

Nous y avons séjournés en famille. Nous avions un appartement avec une chambre. L'appartement est très bien équipé, le lit est confortable. Nous avions loué un kit bébé qui était aussi de qualité. Le seul bémol est le fait que nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et chez les voisins, en septembre ça n'a pas été si dérangeant que ça mais en pleine saison j'imagine que ça peut être gênant. Le Petit parc pour les enfants est top aussi et les extérieurs sont très bien entretenu. Le personnel est aussi très aimable, je recommande vraiment.

El año pasado nos alojamos en estos apartamentos y la verdad es que fui genial. La atención del recepcionista Pelayo fue de 10 y toda la estancia en los apartamentos perfecta. La piscina genial y con poca gente. Volveré a repetir si vuelvo a Menorca. Gracias

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette résidence. Elle est idéalement située, à proximité de Ciutadella, et d'une petite plage accessible directement à pied. La résidence est parfaitement entretenue, tant les extérieurs qu'au niveau des appartements. Ils sont récents, propres, et fonctionnels, le mobilier moderne et les peintures semblaient fraîchement refaites. La chambre est spacieuse, équipée d'une grande penderie et de rangements. La salle de bain est spacieuse et bien agencée. Balcon avec fauteuils et table basse et étendoir à linge. La piscine est agréable avec un accès handicapé et un second bassin dédié aux enfants. Bar avec possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner. Présence d'un parc de jeux pour les enfants et d'un espace pour les besoins des chiens. Résidence calme et reposante en ce début de saison estivale. Accueil très sympathique. Je recommande cette résidence qui est un point de départ idéal à la visite de cette jolie ile.

Todo correcto exceptuando algunos problemillas que tuvimos: - la primera noche llegamos a las 0.10h, ya nos dijeron nos dejaban la llave en la caja fuerte. La reserva era para dos adultos y un adolescente. Cuando entramos en la habitación nos encontramos que el sofá cama no tenía toalla, sábanas ni ropa de dormir. Llamamos a recepción y no había nadie, en el único teléfono de contacto de otro hotel y este de Palma nos dijeron que nos decían algo. Sobre la 1h nos devuelven la llamada diciendo que no localizan a nadie y que toman nota para el día siguiente. Entonces yo les comenté como tenía que dormir mi hijo y nos dicen que nos volverán a llamar y intentan localizar a alguien. 15 minutos más tarde llaman y dicen que ahora viene alguien. Así fue, a los 5 minutos vino el director (vestido de estar por casa) con una bajera, una funda nórdica (sin nórdico), cojín y toalla. Y la verdad que así se quedo los 4 días que estuvimos ya que nadie pasó a cambiarlo. - otro fallo: la caldera está en la habitación de dormir dentro del armario, en nuestro caso con la puerta del armario que no se podía cerrar. - las hormigas y bichos. Tuvimos la habitación llena, hasta que un día encontré a un amable señor de mantenimiento que se lo comenté y me dejó un bote de RAY para fumigar. - En 4 días no pasan a cambiar ropa ni nada, según dicen no toca. El resto bien: comodidad cama, piscina y apartamento.
