因為邊境管理員的無理 導致無法入住 無法評論是否好或不好 但只能說服務很普通 但下次是不會在選擇入住這間住所

Me and my partner went there to get a room and the receptionist was so rude to us. She said we would have to wait 15 minutes for the computer to start and then she was just having a chat and a coffee with one of the staff. We did not get the room so we left. Very poor customer service.

PLEASE BE WARE this hotel takes money from your bank the hotel is great we have stayed there many times and have always enjoyed it until recently we stay their in july for 2 nights when we were going on holiday we paid as usual and left as normal they yesterday we got a message on my wife’s phone from them telling they had gone back into our bank account 3 days ago to take out $380 dollars without asking or anything so this is 3 months after we stayed it is not good enough.
