Sadly this place is not what it seems- th Old House is loveley with a great deal of flowers- but there is no space to be quiet ata ll- either lots of sporty italian kids crowding the many sports facilities- or music blaring- The pool was closed due to the pandemic- I think it looks very big on the photo We were not given food on our first night there- as they had a wedding. They had quite a few loud functions- Great if you have sporty kids- terrible if you want a rest

I’ve stay for a second week in a row at this magnificent place with my family.
Cinthia at the front desk was very accommodating, and she even was able to upgrade our room, to a main floor suite, since we we carrying lots of luggage this time, and it was better than use the stairs.
Amazing location, amazing service, this place deserve more stars than the ones already has.
As usual, the breakfast was excellent and the personnel (sorry, I forgot the name of the young lady looking after the buffet breakfast) is amazing!
We will definitely look forward to go back to the hotel and bar/restaurant in the near future! 5 ⭐️ for this place!

Very nice location in Marina di Ardea. GPS directions are not showing the exact location, however the main entrance it’s on the main road, not on the side road as it shows on the GPS.
The whole complex it’s very nice and has lots of things such as a large gym plus a large pool and restaurant and bar on site.
The breakfast was excellent and the service as well.
There is a side road that can take you all the way to the beach, where you can enjoy amazing sunset!
Mattress and shower where the two minus point.
The mattresses were not comfortable, the shower area was small and the water was not too strong coming out.
Overall it was a nice stay, despite the last two things.
I would probably stay again, hopefully with better mattresses and a better shower head!

Grazie mille to the Staff at La Pineta: great service, very good food and lots of opportunities to do sports. A very nice place for body and soul - before, during and after meetings. Need a quick break? Jump in the pool and/or get a tasty espresso.

Ci fermiamo per caso io e il mio compagno,la location è incantevole ,decidiamo di entrare la vista bordo piscina toglie il fiato,location molto molto bella,,,prendiamo due antipasti,insalata di mare e un soute' di cozze e vongole,un primo di spaghetti vongole e bottarga e una calamarata allo scoglio ,due caffè ,amari e dolce ...più una bottiglia di vino bianco 80€ in due...mangiato davvero molto bene tutto buono e anche il personale gentile e molto preparati...ritorneremo sicuramente e volentieri...siamo stati benissimo

Bella struttura, molto caratteristica, pulita, ben tenuta. Comoda per parcheggio e per la possibilità di usufruire del ristorante in loco. Un'unica vera pecca che sinceramente, in tanti anni di viaggi, mi è capitata per la prima volta: arrivati alla reception per il ceck-in, l'addetto ci accompagna in stanza che si trova nella palazzina a fianco al primo piano. Non fa nemmeno finta di chiedere di portare la valigia ! Ci allontaniamo e con tomità ci accompagna in stanza e pur vedendo che arrancavo a salire la valigia sulle scale (senza ascensore) non ha minimamente offerto il suo aiuto. Diciamo che la qualità del personale è da rivedere, per il resto va benissimo ed il prezzo è nella media.

Lavoro nel turismo e sono sempre dalla parte degli host. Arrivata la sera stanca e sono rimasta in camera. La mattina presto ho visto le pulci nel letto e non solo. Qualcuna me la sono pure portata con me! Infatti le ho inviato la foto del simpatico ospite. Beh ha evitato di guardare i miei video. È quasi quasi me lo ero inventato . La mattina ho avuto un attacco di panico, così la receptionist è andata in farmacia (300m) ma avevo già comunicato il pagamento del gesto umano. Lei non mi ha chiesto nulla. Andando via non ho parlato di soldi pagati (buttati). Ero più che altro curiosa di vedere. Grandi sorrisi, una colazione bordo piscina (inclusa tra l’altro) ma per ovvi motivi non ero scesa in tempo. Semplicemente mi ha chiesto se avevo già pagato con un grandissimo sorriso mi ha voluto sottolineare che mi ero probabilmente sbagliata e che non era proprio possibile. Oltre a rinfacciarmi il servizio di farmacia offerto da lei! Nessun riferimento nemmeno ad un parziale rimborso…. E parliamo di 70€. Ho inviato due mail. Nulla di fatto. Si trattava di PULCI non di una mosca. Ero già stata da lei due o tre volte. Peggio ancora!

Spaghetti non cotti bene e poco condimento con 3 vongole piccole voto 2, il resto ok. Il coperto non va pagato secondo noi. Caro troppo caro e poi un amaro come offerta non ci è stato dato voto 2. La pizza discreta a volte bruciata e mollicosa voto 6
