Every thing was perfect during my panchakarma retreat in Vesa 5 Goa. Beautiful place to be. First of all, a great thanks to the doctor in ayurveda and the doctor in naturopathy for all their advice, their avaibility and kindness. All staff was really very kind and helpful. I appreciated the very tasty Ayurvedic food. Mr Yash, the yoga teacher was amazing and very professional. He took care of all students during the yoga courses. Thanks to him, I've improved my own level of yoga. Compared to other places for Ayurvedic massages, it was great to be massaged by the same person. She was really competent. So a big thank you for this perfect rejuvenating and energizing moment. I'll be back!

Amazing experience at Veda5 Goa - from treatments and food, through attentive and friendly staff and beautiful onsite location, my one week stay was more than I expected. This was my solo trip for health reasons and I felt heard, supported and left with a better understanding of how eating and attitudes influences health and wellbeing. Yoga with Yash was a highlight of the trip - diverse, challenging and with the adjustments to ensure improvement, I’ve never been pushed out of my comfort zone like that before, all while remaining safe and motivated at all times. The teacher not only accommodated many different abilities in the class but he also “showed” us his authentic dedication to the practice through Bhakti Yoga. Highly recommended experience

Our stay was comfortable. Tha food, staff, service, spa everything was top notch. The spa started with chanting of a shlok, which was very impressive. I found smiles everywhere. Serving staff was very polite. Highly recommended.

Very nice location 5 minutes away from Arambol Beach, peaceful view from our AC cottage on the lake, excellent 100% veggie food and drinks, yoga, meditation and rejuvenating massages for detox and immunity boosting. We hope we can come again and again.

I experienced a wonderful 10 days stay in Veda5 Goa. Excellent food at discovering all the Indian flavors and meals, It was a fiesta for my taste buds. Thank you Chef! Excellent yoga classes with the teacher, thank you for challenging us! Every day I received quality care from the therapists, my body appreciated it! In the lovely and restful place connected to the Nature, This time was a quality and restful time for me. It experienced all the benefits of an intense holistic retreat. I’ll miss it ;-) A warm thank you to ALL people of the VEDA5 Goa team. Thank you for your kindness. I do recommend it! definitely! Give yourself this gift. Hope to come back soon.

had the most incredible week at Veda5! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and cared for. The food was absolutely delicious — it was my first time discovering healthy Ayurvedic cuisine, and I genuinely loved every meal. The yoga classes were the best I’ve ever experienced. The teacher was truly exceptional, always taking the time to guide and support each student with so much presence and kindness. I also discovered Ayurvedic treatments for the first time — the woman who looked after me was amazing, and the therapies brought me deep relaxation and healing. The entire staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always smiling. You can feel that their priority is the well-being and happiness of every guest. I’m so grateful for this experience, and I’ll definitely come back!

Overall it was a very good experience , cool breeze , serene beauty , good yoga , good food , good rooms , good doctors , good massages . They guided us well and were very helpful. The hotel staff were very good and helped us a lot. Yoga teacher was very supportive

A delightful resort which includes elements of relaxation, yoga, ayurvedic treatments and amazing Satvik food cooked to perfection. Veda5 in Arambol is a perfect mix of what u need. Also being so close to the beach where u can hit a shack and experience the Goa vibe and watch magical sunsets is a plus point. The care taken by Pradip the manager, Sony the hostess, Dr Dhanya the in-house physician, the in-house yoga teacher, the therapists and pretty much everyone in the resort was amazing. The freshly cooked veg based food was simply great. The resort is peaceful .. the housekeeping was great. We felt at home and well looked after. Look forward to coming back for more. Will also try their other resorts too. Well done Veda 5. Please keep up the great work .. heaven!
