Veda5 Wellness Retreat & Spa

My recent week long stay at Veda5 was a wonderful experience and I'm still savouring the benefits. The team at Veda5 provided an exceptional level of care always with a smile serving delicious food with great variety. There is a cookbook of the recipes available. The consultation with Dr Dhanya set up the daily treatments given by a superb therapist and yoga options were available 3 times each day. The sound meditation was amazing. The beach was close by and the accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. It was a real treat for body, mind & soul. Mile Buiochas to Pradip and his team at Veda5. MD

I enjoyed a 2 week stay at Veda5. The place is very well run with efficient, cheerful and helpful staff. The daily morning yoga classes were a great way to start the day with challenging āsanas taught by a seasoned practitioner, Yash, who has the ability to push you that little bit harder in the traditional Indian way. The food was excellent, varied, and the staff very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Ayurvedic treatments were enjoyable although I was there when the place was full so additional treatments were difficult to organise as the staff were pushed to their limit. I moved from a simple room to one of the cottages as they have a beautiful terrace sheltered from the sun right on the Whispering Lake and greatly appreciated the change. It is a 12 minute walk to the beach which, in hot weather, can be rather challenging. There is no swimming pool unfortunately which would have brought much added value. Only negative point - and not the fault of Veda5 - whilst during the day the place is extremely peaceful, at night there can be some big noisy parties with fireworks going on which can disturb. So bring ear plugs! Thank you Team Veda5, I enjoyed a wonderful stay 🙏

We stayed at veda5 Goa which was incredible everything was very nice starting from the Yoga treatment and main thing which I want to highlight the saatvik food !!! Room was very clean and hygiene and staff were very humble and friendly.... We love to come back again... Also you all must have to visit once.... Thank you team veda 5....!!🥰🥰

I absolutely loved my stay at Veda5. The people are really friendly and helpful. The treatments are heavenly. And the food was all so healthy but very tasty. But the thing I loved the most was the yoga - morning and evening - with Yash. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

I had an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating stay at Veda5. Everything was simply amazing—the warm and welcoming staff, the healthy and delicious food, the Ayurvedic treatments, and the calm, peaceful location just a few minutes from Arambol Beach. The cottage was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed unwinding on the shaded, lake-facing balcony after my Panchakarma treatments. A special thanks to Pradip, Seeta, and Sony for their all-time kindness and support, to Anu, my therapist, and of course, to Yash Ji, my yoga teacher, for guiding me through a truly powerful practice. I highly recommend Veda5 to anyone looking for a rejuvenating, detoxing retreat with long-lasting benefits.
