Hotel & Spa Real Jaca

Location OK, reasonably clean. Did not use any of the facilities on offer.

Buen hotel, a un precio reducido.

Air conditioning barely worked. We switched rooms and it still barely worked. When I asked if someone to take a look at it they said there was noone.

Hotel was spotless and convenient for town. Room basic but adequate. All staff very friendly, not much English spoken.

Only a short walk to the old town, very quiet, comfortable beds.

Stayed here as a stop over both ways in the Pyrenees. It’s a good location easy to get to from the main road whilst the main town area is accessible up a few flights of stairs and it has secure parking. Booked via email for the first night, reasonable rate and good communication. Whilst there booked a return visit and got a better rate and parking included 2nd time. Rooms are clean and appear quite newly renovated but do lack any real character. Couldn’t get the air con working on the first visit but in a different room on the return visit it worked well. Shower was great on both visits small selection of toiletries in bathroom. Decent wifi and an elevator from secure basement garage to all floors. Due to late arrival ate in the hotel resturant first night, decent food, friendly server and nice local amber beer on tap. Breakfast was reasonable and unlimited. Reception was good on both visits, their English much better than my Spanish. Got a good recommendation for a resturant on the 2nd stop, which did not disappoint, reviewed separately. Reasonably priced for twin room, parking, dinner and breakfast. Even better value when booked with reception for return visit. Would stop here again.

Short stay, but well location!

La habitación estaba bien, la verdad es que la cama estaba genial, he dormido del tirón! Y nos dieron la habitación 504, tenía una claraboya que daba una luz y calidez increíble, lo malo es que el baño me encontré pelos en la pared de la ducha y que la bañera era muy alta y tenías que subir en un escalón de madera... No era muy seguro, además de que la luz del baño iba cuando quería. Por lo demás, muy amable el servicio, son amables, simpáticos,...

Hemos estado 1 noche en temporada baja y hemos disfrutado del spa, la cafetería y el buffet del desayuno. Todo ha estado muy bien, pero para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas creo que deben cuidar algunos detalles un poco más, como el extractor del baño, que no funcionaba; la puerta, que tenía marcas como de haber sido forzada, baldosas rotas en el restaurante, 1 único ascensor, los amenities del baño... El spa está genial y las instalaciones funcionan perfectamente.
