As instalações eram muito, muito antigas. Parece que a última reforma no hotel foi na década de 1990. Os móveis do quarto estavam em mas condições e havia manchas na parede. Não havia energia elétrica e o gerador não estava funcionando. O berço colocado para o bebê era antigo e estava todo manchado. Não conseguimos ficar e procuramos outra acomodação na cidade. Ao fazer o check out poucas horas depois de chegarmos sequer nos foi perguntada a razão da saída, apenas cobrado o valor integral da diária.

Tanto na descrição do quarto, quanto em confirmação por telefone, foi garantido que seria cama de casal (King Size, segundo a atendente), porém eram duas camas de solteiro encostadas, coberta por roupa de cama de casal. Como percebemos próximo à hora de dormir, não quisemos reclamar.
A água quente do chuveiro demora a esquentar, e não tem nenhuma instrução visível sobre isso. A princípio pensamos que estava quebrado.
Na hora do Checkout havia apenas uma atendente, o que gera uma espera acima da média.
Estrutura impressionante, embora a conservação deixe a desejar, ficando com cara de "prédio velhos".
De resto tudo certo.

O café é ótimo! A Limpeza é correta. O mobiliário e equipamentos de onde fiquei estavam funcionais, com sinais do tempo. Vi quartos em melhor estado de conservação desocupados, nos trajetos, mas não me foram oferecidos. O preço é justo, ou até barato. A cordialidade varia, mas sem problemas. O restaurante foi muito rápido e bom no pedido simples que fiz. Voltarei.

Atendimento péssimo, no geral cobram a mais do que foi consumido, muito cuidado!!! Ao sairmos a atendente escondeu a máquina para não vermos o valor e uma conta que era 130,00 passou a ser 860,00. Não fomos os únicos prejudicados. Tudo eles cobram a mais, uma água com valor de 15,00 reais, isso mesmo. Tomem cuidado!!!!

Foi muito gostoso, o hotel é muito agradável e atendimento muito bom, o quarto era muito bom, pena ficar no piso inferior de frente para a piscina. Pois para descer e subir a bagagem não dá para usar o carinho.

Acredito que o hotel estava sediando algum evento pois perto de 1h30m alguns hospedes chegaram fazendo muito barulho. A atendente foi irredutível no horário do check out o que naturalmente ocasionou "congestionamento" de hóspedes na recepção, já fiquei hospedado em outras ocasiões e o check out foi extendido até 16h00m, acredito que o motivo foi ter usado a plataforma para reserva e pagamento.

Nossa viagem foi maravilhosa, nunca fui tão bem tratada em um hotel. A equipe toda é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, além de todos serem muito simpáticos. Estava com minha mobilidade bastante reduzida (passei por cirurgia no tornozelo) e o funcionário Eduardo já foi me buscar de cadeira de rodas na porta do carro. O quarto excelente, muito limpo e espaçoso, além de bem equipado. O hotel é silencioso e a área da piscina é muito agradável, nem precisamos sair do hotel para comer ou beber. Preços acessíveis, ótimo custo benefício. Amei a experiência e voltaremos com certeza!
