The hotel Dom Pedro Laguna, provides an instant warm welcome, the staff are excellent and very helpful, we stayed half-board, the food is very good buffet selection and the hotel has a card system to enable easy purchase of drinks and food during the day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the Villas are very nice, spacious and well furnished. Excellent run hotel and resort.

The resort is impressive. I had a wonderful experience during my stay with my entire family(about 15 people). It is excellent for large groups and a family-friendly environment. The amenities are clean, and the staff is amiable, especially Thiago Sousa, Erisvaldo, João Victor, and Uelison. I can’t wait to return with my family for our next vacation.

The access to get the hotel from the airport is straight, we’ve spent 45 minutes. The check in process is very easy and fast. The interior design is clean, pleasant! The room is clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and great view! The beach is fantastic!!! There is a lot of places to go through the sand by buggy!!! I’d like to mention Mrs Lucélia, the restaurant hostess, too kind and always with a big smile! I do recommend

Incredible experience, service food and drink. There is no reason to leave this hotel. All staff are really friendly and helpful. Tiago Sousa one of the best, great service by the pool, extremely helpful and always there for you when needed.

Nice service. Outstanding customer treatment provided by all staf specially Jucelia and Erika (promoter) Execellent location near by beach park facilities and most important in front of the beach. Perfect to enjoy with family! Points to be improve 1) Bathroom cleaning 2) restaurant cleaning ( mugs) 3) gym a) small b) few equipments c) Lack of air conditioning

Great location. Clean and quiet. Food was very well prepared and every day a plenty of choices. Great staff Lucélia was very attend and made our staying very pleasant. Only the card system and kids club could be improved. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful place! Good vibes! Very kind and friendly people. The beach is always clean and the breeze is constant. So nice to be here; this place seems like a little piece of heaven here on earth. The pools are clean and there are so many things to do with the kids. :)

A wonderful Service. Specially the head of rhe restaurants Vitor. Very attentive and careful to our needs. We ordered Lobster that was not available on the menu and he managed to make it available for the other day

Hotel top. Estrutura excepcional, atendentes muito educados. Comercial excelente. Atendimento nota 10 do consultor Igor. Pesei hospedado de 16/10 a 22/10. Estrutura gigante. Recomendo para todos. Não vão se arrepender.
