Beautiful area, very friendly staff. Food is incredible Wifi wasn’t the best in hut. Also done sunset safari which I would highly recommend .camels in sunrise isn’t the best and one of them tried to bite my friend and he fell off. It’s a short walk to watch sunset from camp so I would recommend just walking

The Camp is amazing, the room so comfortable and luxurious, incredible water pressure, nice bed and pillows, the views from the room are outstanding, the breakfast amazing, the staff super nice. But above all, the 6 hours tour was unforgettable, Ali the guide highly recomendable, so close and patient answering all our questions (some of them quite personal), the 6 hours pass by in two seconds. We will never forget our experience in the Wadi Rum Desert, everything was perfect. Don't miss It.

I would prefer to give this review a 3.5 The accomodation was great, stayed in the igloo tents super comfortable beds, but found one shower was too early So water cold, the second was great, apparently! Amazing views and great aircon. On arrival at WR visitors centre we found the staff to be very friendly, our driver was nowhere to be seen so a local rang Him, he showed up shortly after. Our room wasn’t ready, surprisingly as we were the only guests. They offered us tea You almost feel compelled to take the desert 4 WD tour, our driver was just that, hardly any explanation re WR or it’s history Lucky for us we came across some of his relatives and friends so got great photos of Camels and goats and donkeys. The dinner, for a fee, what else do you do in the middle of nowhere, was good, plenty of it, as was the included breakfast Staff were fine, but not much interaction, and being the only guests no one else to chat with, so a very early nite…that was unfortunate. It was a hairy ride next morning back to the visitors centre, the driver did a detour that nearly made us miss our shuttle. This was an expensive experience, do your homework

In April 2024 we made a visit to Wadi Rum. I was the driving force behind us going there, and I was concerned that my partner might not find it as spectacular as I had years ago. As it turned out, she loved it and was carried away by it as I was. The highlight was our time at the Bedouin Camp. The setting and views were magnificent. The camp manager and the staff could not have been nicer, more gracious, or more skilled. Our dinner and breakfast were extraordinary. We have been enthusiastically recommending Wadi Rum and this Bedouin Camp to our friends.

We were a group of four who traveled through Jordan over the course of eight days. We're very glad we found this place and got to experience a night in the desert at WR Bedouin Camp. The guys who run this place are extremely friendly and helpful, and they helped make this overnight stay very enjoyable! We were driven out into the desert in a pickup and taken straight to the camp, where we were served a big lunch. After lunch, we went on a jeep tour in the desert. Here, we were taken to various locations where we could hike up a bit to get fantastic views. The tour lasted around 2.5 to 3 hours. After the tour, we had some time to relax at the camp before being served an incredibly delicious dinner with local and Lebanese dishes. This is the fullest I've been on the entire trip! We stayed in one of the domes, and this can definitely be recommended. The dome maintains a higher standard than some of the hotel rooms we've stayed in along the way! Here, you have air conditioning, a large bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Cleanliness was top-notch. The common areas are also great, and you can sit indoors around the fireplace or outside, where there are also opportunities to light a fire. I highly recommend this stay. It's a unique desert experience you'll never forget. And to everyone wondering if it's safe to travel to Jordan because of what's happening in neighboring countries at the moment. YES, it's safe. Travel. It's completely safe to travel in Jordan. The tourism industry is struggling these days, and we've experienced that Jordanians are among the friendliest people in the world. So they certainly don't deserve to be punished for what's happening around them. Travel!

We spent three nights at this magical place. We had excellent accommodations and sunrise views from the king sized bed. We enjoyed a six hour jeep tour & lunch with Mahmoud - with the lunch as good as the sites, climbing, and breathtaking views. The crew, especially Hassan, made us feel welcome and certainly fed us well with excellent breakfasts & dinners (including one in their special earth oven). On our last day we enjoyed an ambitious hike around the mountain behind the camp. Great sunset, sunrise and starry nights are your’s to enjoy.

Great view (across from Red Dunes) + great food (dinner fab, Bfast really just an omelette and some mezze) + great tents (good size room and bathrooms with solid hot water) + awful hospitality - pre arrival refused to answer questions directly on WhatsApp, kept asking you to refer to website where that info not available - if you don’t boom yours via them, they give you attitude (quoted us 100 JOD for lunch for 2 at a bedouin tent) - refused to organise entertainment for NYE, told us to enjoy the silence of desert, and music from his phone often interrupted as handler had to play on his phone - then on Jan 1 he showed us video of oud player playing at the hotel and asked if we wanted to organize (50 JOD); we appreciate the desert’s quietness, but not for NYE (his excuses were also that it’s govt regulation to forbid celebration, we know other friends at other camps who had plenty of music and fireworks) - didn’t have even tobacco for shisha for NYE (when most guides carry them in cars!) + no booze (told us to respect Muslim tradition, despite them running a tourist establishment) - the driest and quietest NYE ever experienced - no daily cleaning service of rooms despite paying 270$US a night, bathroom rubbish bin so rusted - had to carry our own luggage into room on arrival - kept giving excuses he can’t reply to WhatsApp because of signal issues, but then he’s 100% always on his phone when we do see him sitting around - despite only 5 households occupied at the site due to current affairs, they didn’t make effort to make us feel treasured or taken care of; other camps went out of their ways to thank and curate experiences for guests because some revenue is better than none - dinner (30jod per pax) and lunch (10 JOD) FYR All around stunning location but the one handler who manages the property is miserable and not the personality for hospitality. I’ve travelled extensively around the Middle East and really enjoyed Jordanian hospitality elsewhere and in other years, but that handler is the opposite. Will not recommend staying here if you’re looking for somewhere with half decent service and organized communication.

Thank you to Mohammed the owner of this camp who was very warm and welcoming. We had an amazing time and wished that we could have stayed an extra day. Mohammed's brother Ali was our guide/driver for the 6 hour jeep tour and he was fantastic! The tour was so worth it and again, wish we could have stayed longer to explore this amazing place. Ali was friendly and so helpful. He also was a great cook and we had the most tasty lunch made for us in a very picturesque location. The accommodations were comfortable with a million dollar view of the breathtaking scenery. Dinner was plentiful and lots of variety as was breakfast. I also really liked that they had a water dispenser that you could refill your bottle with. The only suggestion I would make is to change the pillows, I know, it seems like such a minor thing but can contribute to a better sleep with better pillows. I would definitely go back and stay here. In fact, Wadi Rum is a must see and staying within the reserve is a must do. I would also like to add that there seems to be a lot of selection of accommodations within the reserve. This camp is locally owned and I would suggest to anyone thinking about going to Wadi Rum to support the local camps, that are owned and run by the local Bedouins'.

Recently returned from a 2 night stay at this excellent camp in Wadi Rum desert. Worth every penny - luxurious but authentic- it exceeded our expectations. Good at both breakfast and dinner was great, so was service. Facilities are wonderful. Highly recommend to all considering a short stay in the desert. 5*!
