I regret to share my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. It was particularly frustrating to learn that outside food is prohibited—a policy that was not clearly communicated prior to my arrival. This lack of transparency created unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, when I requested the General Manager’s email to escalate my concerns, the reception staff either claimed ignorance or refused to provide the information. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. I strongly urge your management team to reconsider such restrictive policies and ensure staff are better trained to handle guest concerns. Failing to do so will undoubtedly tarnish your reputation among guests who expect a higher standard of service.
