Just had the most fantastic holiday with my sister. Definitely a 5* experience . We had the most spacious room with private pool. Everything was immaculate. Food was out of this world . Fresh beach towels every day . The pool was beautiful for just floating around in . We had no trouble finding sunbeds , enough for everyone . The staff here are a credit to the management . Thank you everyone for a super time .

Excellently appointed hotel, from the warm welcome at reception and a welcome drink. Rooms modern and well appointed, comfortable and air conditioning. Smart TV to connect to personal devices. Pool area relaxing, good day time entertainment. Restaurant buffet style provided a wide range of foods. Wifi speed better than mine at home even by the sea !

We’ve just returned from two fabulous weeks at this amazing hotel. If you want to be close to towns with bags of nightlife this hotel isn’t for you but if you want a relaxing, fabulous time this is definitely the place. The rooms are fantastic, immaculately clean and comfortable. The food is superb with enormous choice. The pool is amazing for sunbathing as it’s a lagoon style and the gorgeous Sandy beach is just 5 or 6 steps down from the terrace. We cannot praise the staff highly enough, Radon, Kristoss and Esmerelda in the bar were superb and Alina and the team in the restaurant were fabulous, couldn’t do enough to help and make you comfortable. Achillies and the reception team were also brilliant, always available for any help you need. Absolutely 10/10. Ramos, we congratulate you on all of your staff and your beautiful hotel, thank you for a fabulous holiday xx

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, with elegant décor. The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Especially Alainia The food was amazing I highly recommend this 5* hotel we can’t wait to return next year

A quiet, tranquil location around 10 minutes taxi drive from Georgioupolis and 10 walk to some local bars and supermarkets. We had a junior suite with private pool at Pepper Sea Club, overlooking the sea and mountains. Saw the most spectacular sun rises and sunsets every day. Lots of reviews have mentioned the quality & variety of food and the helpfulness of all the staff. Couldn’t agree more. Special thanks to everyone and in particular to Redon, Esmeralda, Alina and Christos ( so many others included) The vibe of the hotel is so chilled and relaxed. Plenty of sunbeds everywhere, and lots of places to chill out and relax. Small shop on site where you can get all your daily supplies if you don’t want to walk to the supermarket. Thanks Pepper Sea Club for a fabulous holiday. Hope to see you again👍🙏❤️

Cannot fault. The service was outstanding, staff were beyond helpful and informative. The food was fresh and delicious, the chef was super friendly. The location is beautifully situated on a private beach, the water is clear and pristine and no noise which is perfect for an adults only hotel. Room was always clean. Communal ammenities were clean. Would return without a doubt.

Beautiful hotel, management/staff are generally friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and there was so much choice. My only critique would be the that the standard rooms aren’t the best quality as they have a strange layout. So if I returned I would definitely upgrade my room. The hotel is in a very quiet area, which is perfect if you just want to relax. There is a small quiet ***** about 10/15 minute walk where you can rent cars and find out about excursions.

Beautiful hotel set in a lovely quiet location. Everything was to a high standard, the food was faultless with a wide selection. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and always there for advice. Excellent value for money which provided an excellent break in a lovely setting, very highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pepper Sea Club in July. We stayed for a week. A very early morning arrival was met by Luca who took great care checking us in to our rooms. The pool area, beach, dining areas and rooms were all spotless and very high spec. Food was excellent. Plenty of choice. Drinks delivered to your sunbed which I’m happy to say are plentiful. Esmeralda and others work so hard to take care of everyone from the bar. Cocktails are better at the tavernas in Georgioupoli than the hotel. Worth grabbing a taxi to venture out. Can also recommend a night in Rethymnon. 20 mins away. The animation setup during the day is very limited compared to other places but it is a small hotel. Overall. I thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing adult only get away. We will be back in the future.
