Upstairs fitness room has pingpong and air hockey.This apartment is in a custom home situated on a beautiful 1.65 acre urban farmstead and is separated from the main house by sliding opaque glass wall panels. The partition locks on both sides for the security of both the guests and owners but is not noise-reducing. The upper loft/recreation room has a privacy curtain but is open to the main house. ** Guests should expect sounds from the house, farm, and its many residents including a family of six, gardeners, beekeepers, chickens, 2 hypo-allergenic dogs, and 1 outdoor cat. Likewise, the owners expect to hear sounds from guests practicing the piano or enjoying a fun game of ping pong. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. A white noise machine and ear plugs are provided for your comfort and convenience. In addition, the living room is equipped with a high-end futon and blackout curtains and can be closed off from the main apartment to minimize noise.
