While the unit does not have laundry in the room, there is one located close to the pool right outside the front door. To wash and dry it costs $6 and only accepts quarters. BEACH SERVICE: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella March 1- October 31 is included with this rental, a $45 savings a day!A complete remodel of the unit was done in February 2024. A new kitchen with quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and all-new black stainless steel appliances. In the bathroom, we got rid of the bathtub and added a tiled shower and the same soft close cabinets. A shower glass door has been added.Sandpiper Cove Resort consists of 43 acres that include 5 pools 2 of which are heated during winter months (1 is located a few steps away from the unit), 3 hot tubs, a free nine-hole chip and putt golf course, and 6 tennis courts.
