Parco Della Gallinara

We stayed for 11 days in one of the bungalows and found it to be the near perfect place for a combination of relaxing and still within reaching distance of Rome. The bungalow were well-equipped and the wifi were the best we have experienced at such places. Pool was also nice and not overcrowded, maybe due to the place not seeming fully booked. Nice detail with 2 free sunchairs per family. Beach was absolutely fantastic and also not overcrowded. The in-area shop had a good selection, fair prices and reasonable opening hours. On the downside we found the service at the restaurant lagging a bit, but the food was okay. Also, the price for the padel tennis court is a rip-off. Traffic towards Rome was busy, but moving. A good alternative is driving 10 minutes to the closest train station, leave the car at the (fairly small, so you need to be there early) free public parking lot) and take the direct train to Rome Central Station. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot.

We paid a whopping amount of money for this place - could have spent the same in the Balearics for a 4*. The place was a really poor imitation of the many really good campsites all over Italy. It had all the right bits, but they were all shabby and run down. And the management tries to gouge more out of you for every little thing. The place was full of trash, everything was falling apart, the restaurant was absolutely appalling. One day we were served completely rancid food - I honestly thought someone was emptying a bin near us when it arrived. We sent it back, and still got charged for it! We did not go back. The best part of the site was the brand-new lagoon-style pool - but you have to pay something like €15 a day for a sun lounger! We declined and then got told we couldn't put our towels down on the grass. Shockingly poor, money-grubbing policy. The price of the site also didn't include loungers on the beach either, something we've always had in nicer, cheaper places in Marche, Menorca, etc. The wristbands to get you in and out of the park didn't work, we told the maintenance guys and they just shrugged. These gates never worked and from time to time we were stuck outside the campsite from the beach for ages, waiting for someone to pass by with a working device. The children's activities were led by people who were enthusiastic but completely unsuited to the care of young ones. Which meant we couldn't trust them with our kid, which meant we couldn't relax with the kids out of the way in the way we have in other similar places. I had planned a working holiday but the wifi was so poor - and cellphone data non-existent - that I ended up having to head into Rome every day instead of being able to work from the cottages. The only reason I give the place 2 rather than 1 out of 5 is that the staff were friendly and did their best in bad circumstances. Generally it feels like someone has invested in this place purely for financial reasons without knowing what a good campsite is actually like. Very upset as we wasted half of our summer, and a lot of money, for somewhere that didn't provide a nice holiday.

Cabin was perfect. For the price they should offer to clean every few days. Internet was non existent. Reception were not so helpful when trying to get a taxi or moving luggage to reception during check out ( we had no car) The Ciao Beach restaurant was exceptional - warm, friendly, helpful staff Sara, Ilaria, Federico ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dopo anni che stavamo in quel campeggio è cambiato il direttore, siamo dovuti scappare, campeggio sporco, animazione inesistente, piscina carissima , senza parlare del personale scortesissimo e poco disponibile nei confronti del cliente. Siamo stati 2 mesi con le docce uomini non funzionanti e non le hanno riparate e gli uomini utilizzavano quelle delle donne. Si comportano male sia con le persone fisse che con quelle settimanali. Servizi zero, chiedono soldi anche per l’aria che respiri, regole restrittive per un villaggio dove la gente si deve divertire. Unica nota positiva ………… nessuna pietà

Esperienza Negativa, sono Stato deluso dalla Reception in quanto ho richiesto una coperta alle 18 assicurandomi che il giorno dopo alle 12 ce la portavano dopo averli richiamati qualche ora prima per sicurezza e avendo darmi dato la conferma , si sono presentati alle ore 14:30 ... ( Più di 2 ore di ritardo )Mentre stavamo riposando e vabbè... Tralasciando questo ho chiamato per sapere che evento facevano gli animatori non Sapevano Niente.... E di cercarli e chiederlo un area Gigante ... Mi metto a cerca Maria per roma ... ( non capisco perché... Loro non potevano chiamarli e chiederlo ??!!!!! ) alla fine sono Riuscito a trovarli dopo 3 giorni per puro caso . Il giorno della partenza chiamo la reception per accompagnarci alla macchina e perché avevamo tante valigie , è arrivato un signore della reception in macchina e un suo collega dopo un minuto ci dicono che devono anda a scarica un Camper ... Mi domando che so venuti a fa allora ... Bha . Fatto sta il posto è bello e grande , ma il servizio secondo me fa pena ( salvando le donne delle pulizie un ragazzo e un signore che faceva vigilanza del parco con la macchinetta . Il Resto non sono soddisfatto per niente del servizio soprattutto della reception.

Dopo un anno tolgo una stella e ne metto solo una ma ne vale mezza. Il posto è sempre bello anche se la pineta ormai è coperta da un manto nero dato dalla cocciniglia. I prezzi sono sempre alti per i servizi erogati che non sono coerenti con le quattro stelle di cui si fregiano. Noto anche una poco attenzione da parte della reception alle segnalazioni fatte. Insomma da vorrei ma non posso a solo non posso.

Siamo stati una notte nell’area sosta camper, arrivati alle 21.30 dal porto di anzio io il mio compagno ed una bambina di 9 anni alla reception ci dicono che il ristorante è aperto fino a tardi , dato che noi dovevamo ancora sistemare il camper e fare la doccia chiediamo conferma per mangiare ovviamente, arriviamo alle 22.20 al ristorante ci fanno accomodare e dopo un po’ ci dicono che lo chef si era sentito male e che quindi potevano farci solo pizza e fritti, ok, dopo 5 minuti ci dicono che la friggitrice era stata già staccata. Quando diciamo che dalla reception ci era stato detto che il ristorante sarebbe stato aperto fino a tardi il cameriere ci ha spiegato che alle 23 chiudevano. Credo ci siano molti problemi di comunicazione, bastava essere più chiari e noi ci saremmo organizzati in maniera diversa. Prezzi piscina altissimi. Molto carini e disponibili invece lo staff dei due bar!!!

Pessimo campeggio consiglio di non andare la reception pessima igiene nel campeggio a dir poco Pessimo topi che praticamente si vedono correre nei viali Per disabili esterni lasciate stare barriere architettoniche ai livelli del medio evo ci sarebbe ancora da scrivere ma dovrebbe cambiare gestione e personale che davvero danno delle risposte inadeguate

Posto che non delude mai, sempre una garanzia. Ma la gestione del bar in piscina è davvero superlativa. Sono davvero speciali, è tutto buonissimo e l'affetto e il sorriso non mancano mai. Da provare assolutamente per aperitivo o per stuzzicare a pranzo.
