房間挺大的，設施陳舊，冰箱不能用，空調噪音大，最大的問題就是沒有被子衹有一個床單，不開空調熱，開了空調冷！晚餐在泳池邊雖然品種不多，但是口味還不錯，有現炒的意麪，早餐相對來説簡約了點

酒店位於阿努拉德普勒，隔着一個大湖可以望見那些美麗的佛塔遺址。酒店的環境還挺漂亮，游泳池也很好。就是自助早餐的供應不太穩定，我倆一連住了4晚，有兩天早餐是自助早餐，有兩天是定食。酒店給出的解釋是因為旅遊大巴離開了，人數太少，所以就不開自助早餐了。也罷，吃吃斯里蘭卡傳統的早餐也蠻有意思的。圖1是我倆吃定食早餐（給的分量超大），圖2、3是自助早餐。

泳池晚餐非常nice，服務員也很友善 酒店在湖邊，出門就是一大片湖，很靜謐

We are frequent visitors to Anuradapura and couple of time we used to stay in this hotel. Environment and facilities have been improved recently. Best view of sthupa. Pls see the uploaded pics we took. Staff and food also great. Highly recommended.

Vacation/Family We spent one night at Heritage hotel Anuradhapura last month and this is my 4th visit.It's a well-maintained hotel with a beautiful pool,good food and friendly staff.Specially Mr Sumith CEO of the hotel was a very hospitable individual.I noticed the CEO actively engaging with the staff and interacting with guests,which was impressive.The food was excellent, with both quality and quantity exceeding our expectations.I will definitly choose this hotel again for my next visit to Anuradhapura and highly recommend it to others. Wonderful stay. Spent one night and it is my second time here. The services are so compelling and the staff is very friendly. It was cozy experience to saty at Heritage and the food is amazing. Special thanks goes to Mr.Sumith, the CEO who attended to our every need readily. Heritage's calm environment and safe background are ideal for a peaceful stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Heritage Anuradhapura. We are visiting Sri Lanka after 15yrs and it was a wonderful surprise to stay at the Heritage. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and the location was beautiful. The food was yummy and they had a variety of different foods that catered to tourists as well as locals. Lucky at the restaurant was very kind and helpful and went out of his way to check up on us.The CEO ( Sumith Wijesinghe) was very friendly and personable as well and always checked up on us on our entire stay. We were very happy and pleased and will definitely be returning when are in Sri Lanka !

I recently stayed at a heritage hotel and had an excellent experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean, maintaining both the charm of the old-world decor and the comfort of modern amenities. The food was a real highlight—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and authentically local, giving us a real taste of the region. The service was equally commendable; the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met promptly and with a warm smile. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with a touch of history, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really great time at this beautiful hotel with great staff and service. The food was exceptional and the rooms were clean and spacious, It has a beautiful garden and a huge pool where you can leisurely spend time with family. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Anuradhapura with family and Friends and have a really fun, relaxing time! On a special note, Mr.Sumith Wijesinghe CEO was so nice to us and personally assisted all our needs to make sure everything was perfect. Such a wonderful experience, will be back again for sure!

We stayed as a couple at this hotel, a long drive from Kandy , we were ready for a rest. The hotel was difficult to find for our driver but we were delivered and check in went smoothly . Room service and food ok , pool very good and refreshing , looking forward to good sleep . Twice during the night the alarm in the door lock went off and I mean OFF, Maintenance can and disabled the alarm, took approx 45 minutes , totally awake , assured all good , just getting back to sleep and alarm activates again , maintenance again called , another 40 minutes . A complimentary breakfast was given after a stand off . Would not recommend this Hotel

We stay one night here.It was great stay.We enjoy our vacation here. Great location It was near to the Anuradhapura ancient city . Nice and clean pool. Child friendly hotel.The manager and staff was very helpful .We had a 😋 breakfast .I was highly recommend this hotel.
