Went to Boso-Boso Highlang Resort for a family day swim trip. Entry fee is 200 PHP adults, seniors ( with Filipino senior ID card) 160 php, children 180, kids under 3 feet free. We rented a large function room for 7,000 pesos overlooking 3 pools. It had 6 round tables & a buffet table. Good for 50 pax. Medium Cottage (20pax) 3000, Smaller “kubo” is 1,200. 2 kids pools, with slides and spray features were available and 2 “adult” pools. 1 was 3-5 feet deep and the 2nd was 5 - 7 feet deep. Pool water is clean, along all other facilities. They allow food to be brought in and provide cooking grills. We brought our own food and did not use any restaurant services. Lifeguards are at each pool and attentive to the things going on. Inflatable beach toys are allowed. Visited 21 May 2022

They don’t have any adjustments on their own lapses. !!! They gave us a room full of HANTIK ANTS. The personnel, just opened the room and left us, w/o even checking the room itself! We went back to the lobby to change our room since I am pregnant and at the same time allergic to bite of ants (result is I CANNOT TAKE MEDICINE if something happens) . The concierge didn’t even APOLOGIZE and gave resolution to our complain! They just said that they will disinfect it right ahead!!!! And the payment we made already is non-convertible nor non-refundable! what frustrates us more is that they are JUST AFTER THE PAYMENT, not servicing their clients!!! Even on breakfast, we waited for 20-25 minutes only to be advised that the food we want to order is not available!!! We advised them that it is okay even if Tomatoes are not available, but the bad experience here is they should have advised us prior !!!! When we came out from pool, it is expected that we are all wet! And they want us to wear FACE MASK without considering that WE ARE WET! Poor management! Poor service! Worst experience!!!!
