We spent fourteen nights here in a spacious ground floor apartment but felt the whole facility needed to be modernised and upgraded. Our room had excellent air conditioning but no working safe and a sliding entrance window that on most occasions refused to lock properly. We had to raise and lower industrial style metal shutters to make the place secure. It took more than three days before anyone came to look at the problem and even then the difficulty remained. The reception area is gloomy, old fashioned and open only for very restricted hours. Most of the time it felt pretty abandoned. We did like the tropical tree-planting which created a shady central garden area and the pool was inviting enough, albeit without any on-site catering apart from some vending machines. The rooms would benefit from having washing machines - we didn't much like the small washing room where one had to pay extra to wash and dry clothes. All in all, we felt that the residence was run by a penny-pinching management that was desperately trying to cut costs while trying to create the impression of offering a high quality service that simply wasn't provided.

Belle résidence très bien située tout est faisable à pied. Le centre de la vieille ville est à 5mn de marche. Idem pour le marché couvert . Par contre le parking est indispensable . Nous avions un appartement au dernier étage avec un jacuzzi (chauffé) et une très belle vue sur le port. Logement très agréable, très bien équipé, calme (hors saison) , les personnes de l’accueil sont toutes et tous au top , gentillesse et efficacité. Les reproches que l’on pourrait faire : la taille de la salle de bain vraiment très petite et la propreté de la terrasse. Mais autrement , si vous pouvez vous offrir le dernier étage avec le jacuzzi n’hésitez pas Pour nous c’était la 3° fois et sûrement pas la dernière Quel bonheur de passer le mois de janvier sous le soleil du sud pour nous qui sommes du nord. Pas la grande chaleur mais le soleil et la lumière Bravo à Pierre et Vacances , nous avons eu durant le séjour une panne d’ascenseur en compensation, nous avons eu un avoir pour un prochain séjour. Bref une très bonne adresse.
