Nosy Manga - Hotel Ivato Airport

Good hotel for transit to the airport. Clean and well maintained. Roof terrace a good place for a sunset drink and light meal and the food was good. Sadly reception staff let this place down. Customer care skills are lacking, particularly with the evening staff on the occasion we were there (13th November) who seemed more interested in having a conversation with his friend than trying to assist us!!

The room was beautiful and the hotel is very well situated, less than ten minutes to the airport. Lovely rooftop café with a gorgeous pool (water too cold to swim). The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is so poorly managed that we weren't able to fully enjoy our stay. The restaurant, in particular, could be better. The food was ok, but on multiple occasions, we had items added to our bill that we hadn't ordered. At every meal, the staff tried to clear our plates before we had finished eating and drinking. Our last night there, the water in the entire hotel was turned off, so we had to wait to shower until they solved the problem. It's unfortunate because the rooms were really lovely, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

Great hotel near Ivato airport. I do appreciate the free shuttle service. Rooms are cleans and with good amenities. The staff was helpful, they offer me the possibility to keep my bags during my travel to nosy. I highly recommend

Nous avons déjeuner dans ce restaurant juste avant d'aller prendre notre avion. Très bel établissement, joli décor, personnel très attentionné, cuisine excellente et service rapide. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Situé à côté de l'aéroport

L’établissement est récent, très chic avec une très belle décoration. Il a beaucoup de charme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, belles et bien agencées. La literie est excellente et la décoration très bien choisie. Les repas sont délicieux !! Je recommande

Très bel hôtel ; l'accueil est chaleureux, les chambres sont propres, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, et la décoration en boiserie est très chouette, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les couloirs. Nous avons passé une seule nuit, mais c'était parfait !
