Старый город, заезд на машине отдельный квест и опыт, но запарковаться на удивление есть где. Шикарный вид с номера с террасой который брали, но в целом - верхняя терраса для завтрака открыта всегда и какой номер бы не взяли всегда можно красиво сесть. Но нужно учитывать что сами номера старые (кроме ванной, там новое) - а так обстановка реально старого города. Завтрак 10 евро, бедноват, но вид решает.

房間不錯 非常寬敞 但是很老了 下水系統一般 一開始水龍頭裡麪的水都有鐵銹 並且是黃色的…洗手池下水也很慢 木地板嘎吱嘎吱響 門也是很單薄的木門，如果能接受這些老房子的問題，那這個房間很原汁原味。老闆服務還是挺熱情的

酒店位置很好，在古城內的核心地段，到羅馬港步行五分鐘左右。吃喝玩樂都方便

位置好，在古城裡麪，房間比較大，蠻乾淨的，服務也不錯。衹是靠近酒吧，晚上有點吵，睡眠比較輕的人慎選。

房間不算大，也還算整潔。但隔壁酒吧到晚間營業時間有點吵。睡眠不好的人慎選。 酒店服務很好，不是國內相同檔次酒店可以比擬的！

I visited Antalya in May 2024, and wanted to experience the charm of living in the old town. Villa Tulipan was one of the more promising choices - it had above average reviews, was reasonably priced, and, more importantly, was located in the heart of Kaleici. Unfortunately, it was not the perfect stay I had in mind. I was particularly disappointed with the bathroom facilities. There was this nasty sewage smell eminating from the bathroom drains. Thankfully, I was out most of the day but I would imagine this would be an unpleasant experience for those wanting to laze in their hotel rooms. I learned that this was due to the poor plumbing infrastructure that plagues many buildings in this area, and this is not a trivial problem to solve. Nonetheless, I felt more could have been done to make this issue bearable, such as providing stronger bathroom scents and air purifiers, for example. The bathroom's cleanliness was also not up to standards. I found used plastic packaging and hair in the shower area. Another issue I had was with my room's shower heater. The water temperature would fluctuate wildly even though the heater knob was not touched. One moment hot water, then cold water the next. Barring these issues, the hosts' hospitality was the saving grace during my short stay here. They were friendly and helpful in providing information about the area, including things to do and must-see sights. I will give a special mention to the resident kittens that roam freely on the hotel's ground floor. I especially appreciate the effort put into the room "themes" and hotel's decor. There is also a rooftop terrace for those looking to enjoy scenic views of the marina. If you can look past the bathroom issues that were highlighted, then you will find that Villa Tulipan is actually quite a quaint, charming location to stay in. Overall, I thought my stay here was functional, at best. Great location close to many of the old town's attractions, but could definitely do better in terms of providing a more quality stay.

We came her in May for one night. The staff are very heartily friendly and hardworking. We felt very welcome here. The room has a spectacular view and is very clean and tastefully furnished. To this, the balcony is huge with a bigger view. Breakfast was served to the table and it was wonderful. Until departure by taxi and the very last minute within this hotel we enjoyed the stay a lot. We will try to return to this very special place very soon again.

This is a family-run hotel where the staff make an extreme effort to accommodate the guests - and they get 5-stars for service. The included breakfast is a broad array of delicious and fresh dishes. The hotel is in the midst of the "Old Town" which means finding and reaching it by car is more than a bit challenging. The good news is that they have free parking spaces (which most hotels in the Old Town don't) True, it is near restaurants and bars - which means they played loudly amplified, not always good, music into the night right across from our room. There are no phones in the room We found a cat locked out on our balcony and had to shoo it through our rooms. The room didn’t have a safe so the reception guy brought one up, laid it on a table and then opened it with the master code before politely turning his head when I put my PIN on it. I figured it was just as safe to keep our valuables in the bottom of one of our suitcases with the $1.95 combination lock. While the walls were freshly painted and the bathroom walls freshly tiled, I think the not-great appearance of the floors, the low lighting level and the ad-hoc thrift shop appearance of much of the furniture made a poor impression. Some of the hotel’s issues are beyond their control. The entire Old Town area seems to suffer from the noise pollution of bands playing in bars (some hotels even have their own bands making noise). None of the hotels we saw had an elevator/lift, so unless a room is on the ground floor, if stairs challenge you, then this neighborhood is not for you.

We had a great stay at Villa tulipan - it's located in the old town so easy to walk to restaurants, shops,tram station. Our room had a double bed in one room and they set up a sofa bed and single mattress for our two children to sleep in the second room, it was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Aircon worked well so it was great to come back to the room to escape.the hear. The terrace is fantastic - beautiful view over the water. Well worth paying for breakfast up there- it's a Turkish breakfast so a great chance to try something different and you won't find a better setting to have breakfast. The staff are lovely - very helpful with any requests we had and organized a driver to take us to termossus (which I highly recommend visiting).

We were there only for one night. Staff was so helpfull and nuce. Our rooftop room was perfect.

Good: location in Kaleici or old town, so the city beach, marina, bars and restaurants are waking distance; reception speaks English and generally very helpful, they helped with airport transfer and lent us beach towels; breakfast is good; air conditioning worked well; great views from terrace on the roof; size of our room was large, more like an apartment with a balcony and a dining room, it could have fit 3 people easily Could be better: the cleaning staff can use more bleach on some stains in the bathroom; you can hear music and singing from neighbouring bars at night but it didn't bother us; the in room garbage bin can be bigger, or have more than one in the room; would be nice to have an information sheet about breakfast times and room cleaning, to explain those things Overall: we would stay again

The place was very accommodating and the owners were very nice and helpful. The location was wonderful, beds comfortable, rooms very clean. They had a driver that took us to another location. Highly recommend! They are also cat lovers

Me and my partner stayed a couple of nights in this hotel last week of April. On our arrival Ozam, one the brothers who own the place, welcomed us with a great smile and a pair of nice alcohol-free drinks and eclairs. Ozam was very nice to give us tips on places to visit and restaurant suggestions without us prior asking. Breakfast is included in the booking and served at the table with great care and love by Kemal. Although the wifi coverage is not the best, we could enjoy one of the best views of Antalia old town! Definitely recommend this place.
