Хороший отель, но не для пляжного отдыха!!! Шикарное лобби и зона рецепшин!!! Отличная еда и обслуживание!!! Совершенно не продуманная территория, все очень не удобно, плохие бассейны и зоны рядом с ними, очень плохие матрасы и подушки , плохая звукоизоляция номеров!!! Сюда можно ехать только как бизнес отель на 1-3 дня!!! Третий день просим сделать нам поиграть волейбольную площадку, но только одни обещания, все уже покалечились на ней!!! Для пляжного отдыха отель не рекомендую!!!

We are used to 5* in Turkey, usually at The Residence Fethiye. At Nirvana this was definitely not a 5* experience. Not many English guests or English speaking staff. Unacceptable rooms, def not 5* star, service was the same. On arrival told to sit in reception with a cat on armchair, allergy to cats. Only shown around as far as lift to inside room. No showing where restaurants etc were and how they worked. Carpets in corridors filthy and stained. Room had no wow appeal. Balcony door broken, bell boy called reception and told technician coming up. Never arrived in the 8 days there. I am 5ft tall and had to climb inside wardrobe to reach rail. I could not see into magnified mirror in bathroom as 6ft high. Same with towel rail, could not reach towels. Not enough drawers in room, but enough space for them. Had to call room service to Complain floor was filthy, wet towels left on bed, quilt wasn’t big enough for bed and what on earth was the red strip light in floor. Not enough bright light in rooms. Food wasn’t too bad. Used buffet most days, did visit beach restaurant for sisters birthday, told we were going on her birthday but not open that day, so we went next day. Lunch was nice there. No one added me to their what’s app group that we had to use to book restaurants etc for 2 days, I just kept going and asking. When I did get added to the group I requested eating in the Italian, told no room in any of the a la cartes, so I filmed the restaurant between 9pm and 11pm and it had prob 2 or 3 tables booked out. My assistant was quite rude and basically said that’s what it is, no offer of another night. So my sister had put in a complaint about music about mixed pool, lots of children and music with bad swear words being played. She asked for Italian and guess what we got in. Lovely meal but as we were about to leave she opened her bad to get some money out to pass to my husband to use as tip, waiter who seemed to be in charge was in like a shot and took it out of her hand, it hadn’t cleared her handbag when he took it. Fashion show was on 2 evenings,we were never invited, lots of outsiders and they took the tables and some of the high stools from customers bar to accommodate these. Yes hotels WOW as you walk in but from that moment on it went downhill.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The standard rooms were extremely clean, had a good atmosphere, and had excellent facilities. The variety of food was great, and due to I am a food hygiene expert, I must say that it is one of the best food quality I have ever experienced in my life. I should thank the management and staff of this hotel. The restaurants, swimming pools and entertainment programs were all excellent. I only suggest that only western and European themes should not be used for animation programs, and juggling and eastern dances should also be added to the program. I am very grateful for the excellent and unique efforts of Mrs. Sevda, Maryam, and Mr. Yashar and their professional and good behavior. You made my family's best trip in this hotel.

Mexmet bartender at the pier's second shift needs immediate retraining on professionalism and social skills. This gentleman selectively pressures guests to write Tripadvisor reviews about him right there and then on the spot. It takes away from the conversation with your group and the joy of having a drink at the pier in the second part of the day or evening. It's extremely unprofessional and makes people uncomfortable. The hotel, what a beautiful property! I've been loyal to the neighboring hotel for years but this time around decided to give Cosmo Nirvana a try. Nobody has time to read pages of reviews, I will be brief but to the point. - Ask for rooms facing the pool - Make sure you visit Cosmo Theater experience, something Cosmo Vegas should build as well (amazing shows) - Asian, Turkish, Seafood restaurants yes; Steak house - not worth the extra $$$ - Turkish, English, or Russian, you can get around with any language - Try sushi at the main lobby bar during the day - Tip, and stellar service will become magical - There is always room at the beach, no need to run at 6:00 a.m. to reserve a layout - Amazing food around the clock - Huge, green lush property with large soccer fields, tennis academy, and padel courts - Rooms are comfortable and room service is fast - Find the juice bar next to the indoor pool, definitely a nice touch - Pool activities are for all ages and run morning and afternoon - Daily evening activities at the amphitheater or main lobby Superstars: Maryam & Yashar special thanks for your attention and follow-ups. Brothers Anil and Arda from restaurants. Ali and his coworker, morning shift pier snack/bar; true professionalism. Entire animation team - great job! All servers from ala carte restaurants. Housekeeping was fast, friendly, and reshuffled room daily. Ali Ruzo from the main restaurant and all other servers who's attention is very much appreciated. Need immediate retraining: Mexmet (pier bar), Gameza (chill pool). Poor quality folks can ruin an entire reputation or guest's experience for this higher-end property.

The hotel offers an exceptional experience, providing a comprehensive range of facilities and services, including multiple pools, an aqua park, and evening entertainment such as theater and live music, all of which were of a high standard. The diverse selection of food and beverages, coupled with easy accessibility, further enhanced our stay. Most notably, the personalized attention given to each guest was remarkable and truly worthy of praise. I would like to extend special appreciation to Mahsa, Yashar, and Maryam for their outstanding support, with a particular mention for Mahsa, whose warm hospitality and assistance upon our arrival were greatly appreciated.

It was the best staycation I ever had and I went solo for a week. I did not leave the hotel as there was an endless choice of relaxing activities and I came mainly to de-stress. Antalya is a sleepy little town on the Mediterranean and I did not feel I was missing out, but you can book tours or boat trips from the hotel. Mostly Russian and other European tourists, very clean family style. The service was excellent and the food was superior in quality and quantity. Entertainment options were endless, from DJs, cabaret shows, singers, karaoke, dancers, all at the Hotel no need to leave and you don’t get bored. The beach was clean and fun, full of beautiful people in a family environment and everyone was respectful, smiling and happy. Highly recommended for families for a super comfortable bonding time. I was impressed by how clean and air conditioned the toilets at the beach were. The weather in August was hot and humid but comfortable, because drinks and snacks were offered everywhere all the time in all locations of the resort and all inclusive. Fans at the beach keep you cool, and the air conditioning indoors was not too strong so you can be wet all day. Inside the hotel there are so many ways to relax: I tried some treatments and therapies offered at Cosmo medical clinic like Red Light therapy, Pressology and Lymphatic Drainage therapy with Dr Nikolai and his elite team of experts. These were at extra cost but worth every penny and I felt completely renewed ! I visited Occitane spa, my favorite was the Turkish bath and steamed bath followed by cold pool and fresh juice bar. The meals were served 3 times a day in buffet style very organized with wide selection of food and fresh local fruit and greens; so tasty with plenty of wine. Huge bar in the lobby of hotel all day serving drinks and sushi at cocktail hour as well as entertainment. Various restaurants around the hotel you can book for variety and it’s inclusive. Plenty Indoor and outdoor activities with gym, yoga classes, detox Chi vegan area, as well as Irish pub with games like pool etc. Perfect place for kids with endless action, kids corners, art classes, play areas, huge water park. I was impressed by the hotel service system as you have your own personal assistant who texts you with any info that you may need and takes personal care of you, very organized and systematic and fast( books your seats at various restaurants, functions and events. I returned from this week super charged, relaxed and I lost weight even though I was eating non stop! Will definitely visit again.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights from the 10th of August, 2024. Pros: ●plenty of entertainment in different locations daily ●friendly staff ●great lobby area ●nespresso in rooms ● mini bar in room ●great sports facilities ●good water park ●spacious rooms ●WhatsApp PA system Cons: ●late flight guests need a basic room booking system on the last day as most hotels provide this. ●this is the only hotel I've stayed that,that allows glass bottles and plates around the pool area that are constantly putting all guests at risk. ●Italian restaurant is slow ●showers in rooms are not of 5 star standard and the rooms are tired. ●you have to pay for some of the sports ●the main pool area could do with a bit of softening up with some greenery or land scaping. We had a great time here really due to friends we made in the hotel. We had a few issues during our stay, and our WhatsApp PA resolved them promptly. The lifeguards were amazing with me and are very kind and friendly. The waiter on the roller boots was hard working and polite. The bar staff at the main pool were very funny and polite. The Turkish, seafood, and Asian a la cartes restaurants attention to detail and service was impeccable, but the Italian a la Carte was slow with us leaving before desert. Paulina really helped our stay by giving us plenty of information when asked and is very friendly.
