We were given Double bed instead of Single / Single bed as per request. Small size room… no Exhaust Fan so smelly Bathroom.. not recommended at all.

Loved my brief stay here. The receptionist when I arrived doesn’t speak much English but we were able to communicate through google translate.
Walking distance from the shops and park. The place was clean and elegant. Food is also good :)

Милая гостиница с внутренним дворником и садом,бассейном,красиво и тихо.Живет говорящий попугай,очень забавный.Завтрак стандартный ассортимент-много сыров,овощи,фрукты,выпечка,яйца,горячие овощные смеси.Номер лучше брать в этот внутренний двор с бассейном,т.к. напротив с внешней стороны большой рыбный ресторан с громкой живой музыкой до часу ночи.Единственный минус-размер номера-ну очень скромный,и в принципе номера и ванна особенно требуют ремонта и замены сантехники,сейчас весьма потасканы.Местоположение отличное-в самом центре старого города-до набережной 5 минут,до остановки транспорта-10-15 минут,рядом все магазины,кафе,рестораны.

At first appearance the hotel seems pleasant..friendly reception lady….nice courtyard complete with parrots…room appears very comfortable…The REALITY We had been out all day & wanted a shower…problem was I wanted a HOT shower…not available we asked a guy on reception who said one hour 3 hours later…still waiting…then said tomorrow morning I can have hot shower…still no hot water…the electric kettle would not stay on…pointless anyway when you don’t have cups…The tv & bedroom lamp & safe didn’t work…room very dirty when you looked closer…shower & toilet not up to standard….insufficient lighting on the stairwell..potentially dangerous…I was asked by reception…”Why didn’t we change our room”?…no apologies told it’s the old town it’s how it is found some far superior 5 mins walk away..

VERY DISAPPOINTING experience at Castle old town hotel in Antalya. 1. When I arrived at 14.40 the room was not ready yet and I had to wait until 15.30 for check-in. 2. When I asked receptionist to provide me with internet details she was not helpful at all and replayed that she had to deal with other things. 3. I was checked-in into very noisy room #104 and after 3 days I asked if I could move into more peaceful room however they suggested only very tiny one where I could hardly move around the bed. 4. The bed sheets were worn out. 5. In the corridor in front of my room was like a storage with bed mattress. 6. The attitude of manager and receptionist lady from Ukraine was not friendly but rather hostile. 7. Location is incredibly noisy.

The hotel is perfectly situated, just off the main street so no noise at night. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel, so can only speak of our experience. The room is pleasant and clean. A little tired in places but nothing major. Bed is extremely comfortable. Hotel itself is small and cute. Intimate is the word. The staff are attentive and go above and beyond. We are on a b&b basis. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices available. Babuoosh the parrot is a cool member of the team however i don't think he pulls his weight as much as the others in the team. A lovely, friendly and clean hotel. I would definitely recommend to others. The pictures are exactly how the hotel is in reality.

Hotel has great charm and location but was lacking in other areas. We like to get out and hike all day, and the way the it conditioning is set, it only works while you are in the room. Coming back to a 95 degree room at 9pm after a long day was a shock. The hot water and water pressure were completely lacking. There were points were water would not even come out if set to hot. When they did house keeping, the weren’t even bothered to make the bed. Lastly, the room door had to be locked in order for it to stay shut (by a manual key attached to the card that allowed you to use electricity in the room).
For the money ($187 USD/night) it was very lacking and we were thoroughly under impressed.

We had such a lovely time in this hotel with my boyfriend and parents! Hamaseh is so so nice, she is a star and amazing worker who goes above and beyond for the guest! My parents loved her so much we wanted a photo with her so I will share it her so she can hopefully see it! We also loved Babush the parrot who talks and even meows. I miss him! The room was lovely, it had a mini fridge and kettle, hair dryer etc. It was cleaned daily and our towels were always changed! The lobby area and swimming pool was nice as well and the live music was great. The breakfast was small as reviews said but I think for a 3 star hotel it was perfectly ok, anyone could eat there even if you’re vegan. Such good location in middle of old town. We would stay here again :)
