I could not find a restaurant to get my dinner they didn't speak English they are okay on the internet. I found the small shop link to the petrol station which is located near to the Hotel maybe because at that Time they were busy for a marriage party almost they were okay in the comparison of the price

Good breakfast and nice people . Room clean . Bed comfortable. Clean sheets Good shower . Flooring clean Fantastic service . Smiling and friendly reception Air conditioning good. No dust or dust mites

機場下來半夜了，沒辦法衹能住這裏，雖然便宜，但條件真的很差，基礎設施都是壞的，換了一間也好不到哪裡去，半夜了，衹能將就

Остановились на одну ночь, поближе к аэропорту. В остальном -отель на отшибе. В номере был огромный таракан, персонал пытался с этим разобраться, но тщетно. Номер большой, без балкона.

Basic but clean staff are lovely and helpful. Good stop over the hotel for the airport. Otogar bus station is a 25 min drive away. 10 minute drive to the airport. It's not expensive but has all you need. Tea coffee water is free on arrival. The reception lady was lovely in arrival. There was a lovely wedding going on. I was still looked after all by the staff here.

I booked 2 nights 3bedroom because I thought this hotel close to airport but it was my fault . I spend 400 turkish lire to take taxi and now I find this price the same price to go the kaleici area that near everywhere. This hotel was cheap and every thing at my room was broken for example refrigerator and desk and .... The reception girl was confused about everything . The elevator was slow and tiny and out of order. The second floor was dark and lights were broken . The bath was old and dirty .there was not soap or shampoo in the bath .hotel was far from everywhere and didn't worth . After 1 day I got another hotel at kaleici region.

first night I got a ****** room, with cockroaches. I complained and the next day I got a normal room. hotel needs a lot of maintenance. staff are nice and helpful. wat me suprised is they have no breakfast. remem ber that before you book. they have also some nodgt party for new couples

I read a lot of negative reviews, and I would say that for our 7 day stay everything was wonderful. We slept in clean, cozy and tidy rooms. We enjoyed varied and delicious food. We spent our time in the lovely garden where we enjoyed Turkish coffee and Turkish tea. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are available 24/7. For the price you rent the hotel everything is wonderful and we would come back again.🤗🤗

Müşteri memnuniyetini asla önemsemeyen firma. 14.09.2023 tarihinde nişan için 13 bin tl’ye anlaştık. 6 bin tl kaparo verdik. 29.08.2023 tarihinde kuzenim vefat etti. 1 hafta sonra amcam vefat etti. Bana inanmayıp ölüm belgesi istediler. Ben yine iyi niyetimle iki ölüm belgesini attım. Anlaştığımız kişi Gamze Hanım müzisyenlere para vermiş kaparo paramızı yaktı. Sözleşmede 15 gün için de koşulsuz gün değişimi olabilir yazıyordu. Bizim anlaştığımız fiyat 17 bin tl oldu fiyat artışı yapıldı. Bu konuda bizi çok mağdur ettiler. Nişan gününü 16.10.2023 tarihine ayarladık. Nişan günü’de masalarda içecekler eksikti su istediğimiz zaman su vermediler para istediler fotoğrafçı nişan videomuzu nasıl çekmiş isee yüzlerimiz belli değil. İnsanın en mutlu gününde bunlar yaşanması çok kötü bir şey kimse fiyata aldanıp gitmesin benden tavsiye. İşletmeyi yapanlar çok ilgisiz alakasız hiçbir konuda yardımcı olmuyorlar.
