The hotel is the old motel style with exterior doors, however, the room was exceptionally clean with a kitchenette including a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and two countertop burners. Dishes, pans, etc. Are available on request.
Some of the personnel didn't seem to know what they were doing and the breakfast box was just chocolate muffin, breakfast bar, and coffee. Very poor selection with no fruit or protein items.

Really just needed a place to stay overnight in between two 16 hour shifts.
I have been here many times before and probably will again

It's so dirty, smelly, noisy, dangerous, and there's no breakfast. I never want to experience that again.

We were unaware prior to checking in that there was no elevator on-site! We aren't able to climb stairs, let alone pull suitcases up them. After checking in, we then found that we couldn't stay at the hotel and that there were no ground floor rooms available. We had to leave and book elsewhere. We've never been to a hotel before that doesn't have an elevator! Although we found afterwards that the ******* listing does indicate that there is no elevator, we still want the reservation to be refunded!

Noise all night. Hardly any sleep. One room downstairs had visitors every night. Loud music all night. You can hear people yelling. Room has horrible smell of cigarette smoke. Called the company but got a fake email for complaint. Their web site for providing feedback is broken.

I'm grateful because I had problems arriving earlier to do my check in, but the girl helped me after 11 pm.... Very good human quality in that hotel

The room was clean and the guy at the desk was nice however, the people there made me very uncomfortable and overall I didn't feel safe.

There were sex workers in the parking lot. A woman on ***** going door to door bang and speaking crazy to let her in. She was in the parking lot trying to score ***** when I went to my car. The railing was wobbly. The room was nothing like the pictures dingy and damp feeling. Walls are super thin and could literally hear drug deal go done for an 8 ball of coke. Called front desk a couple times to have them do something and they just didnt answer. I couldnt even stay the 2nd night it was that bad.
