On numara otel tertemiz geniş odalar

I'm attaching the pictures for better understanding. It's nice neighborhood, quiet. The check-in was fine and smooth. At first they gave us a room at below, which was weird design, and not suitable for the small kids. But we asked them to switch us to upper floor rooms and Thankfully they had available room. The room is spacious but not 100% clean. The rooms was unlike the pictures that they have shown. There were holes at the pillow cases, sheets and blankets, sofas and even at the towels. Towels at the bathroom were worn out. You could feel the smell of a person's head at the pillows that they might not be changed. There were spider webs around the room's ceiling corners. And the curtain was not closing fully, so there was a metal pin which kept the curtain closed in the room. Previously they made couple holes on these curtains to close it fully. The thing we need to mention as well, which might be illegal, hotel said that the check-out time is 11AM while all hotels around the world is 12PM. Breakfast was below average and the location for breakfast at level minus 2, we believe which is used as banquet hall as well. There was no Room Service at the hotel, even though there's a barcode in the rooms. We don't think we're going to stay there again. Because as paying Guests, I don't think we deserve this type of service and room. In case hotel management replies to this saying that we have not stayed in here, we would add the hotel receipt to here as well. Thank you.

Odaların 1+1 olması çocuklu aileler için mükemmel. Akşam yemeği için odanıza dışarıdan yemek söyleyebiliyorsunuz. Odada masa var ve rahatça yemeğinizi yiyebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca odada mini buz dolabı var bu sayede içeceğinizi dolapta soğutup içebiliyorsunuz. Ben çocuklarımla kaldım. Tv'leri YouTube uyumlu. Bu sayede çocukların hiç canı sıkılmadı odada kaldığı süre zarfında. Gece etrafta hiç ses gürültü yok. Odalar tertemiz İnşallah Ankara'ya tekrar yolum düşerse burası bizim Ankara'daki evimiz olacaktır. Geleceklere bir uyarım var: Biz sigara içmiyoroz lütfen sigara içen kişiler çıksın sigarasını balkonda içsin. Çünkü koku odaya siniyor. Bu hususta otel yönetiminin yapabileceği bir şey yok ama konaklayan insanlar birbirine bu hususta saygılı olmalı bence

Oda temizligi konusunda sınıfta kalir. Her yerde saç vardı. Çarşafın üzerinde,koltukta, yerlerde... 4 yas çocuk ve 6 aylik bebekle kalacağımızi söylediğimiz halde bebek için yatak düşünülmemişti, biz isteyince geldi fakat gelen park yatak temiz değildi. Su ısıtıcısının içerinde kullanılmış bir çay poşeti kalmıştı.

Okuduğumuz bazı olumsuz yorumlara rağmen, bu konseptte başka bir yer bulamadığımız için buradan rezervasyon yaptık. Fiyatı da çok uygun olduğu için otele girerken beklentilerimiz oldukça düşüktü, çıkarken ise “Ankara’ya bir daha geldiğimizde mutlaka burada kalalım” dedik. Personel ***et güleryüzlü ve işini iyi yapıyor. Kaldığımız oda 1+1’di. Apart konsepti ve şehrin karmaşasından uzak ve havası temiz bir konumda olması çok güzel. Tek odalı bir yerde bebekle 3 gece geçiremezdik. İlk gece kaldığımız odadaki sigara kokusu rahatsız ediciydi. Ertesi sabah resepsiyon personeline rahatsızlığımızı bildirdiğimizde, hemen sigara içilmeyen bir odaya geçebilmemiz için çok yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı oldukça tatminkardı. Genel olarak temizlik yeterli seviyede, personel temizlik isteyip istemediğimizi her gün sordu. Otelin önünde otopark alanı var fakat gece geç saatlerde yer kalmıyor ve civardaki sokaklara park etmek gerekiyor ama yine de merkezdeki kadar park sorunu yok. Park yerinde elektrikli araçlar için de 2 şarj ünitesi var. Çıkış yaparken de, Ankara’daki işlerimiz biraz uzadığı için check-out saatini geçmemize rağmen kimse bu konuda bizi rahatsız etmedi. Otelden çok memnun ayrıldık.
