В этом отеле мы останавливались два раза: жили 3 ночи после Кютахьи (в том числе новогоднюю) и на обратном пути 2 ночи, между Шафранболу и Стамбулом. Поселили нас в один и тот же номер 4001 оба раза, отчего иллюзия "вернулись домой" во второй заход была полной. Расположен в пяти-семи минутах пешком от остановки центрального метро, на спокойной улице, рядом торгуют пластинками и книгами. Несмотря на наличие рядом ресторанных улиц, очень тихо, даже мечеть только издалека слышно. Возможно, так только зимой, а летом работают кафе на улице и слышно музыку. Когда выбирали отель, обращали особое внимание на описание шумности, в отзывах была парочка в стиле "очень шумно", но в других отелях ситуация была еще более плохой, мы выбрали этот отель и нам повезло - даже в новогоднюю ночь тут было идеально тихо! В ванной мыло, гель, шампунь и кондиционер, палочки и шапочка. Рядом есть дрогерии Россманн и Ватсонс, всегда можно докупить все нужное. За углом магазины сетей Шок и Бим, на площади торговые центры и Мигрос. Масса! масса едален вокруг. Завтрак с 7, приличный.

Bathroom was dirty, They don’t clean room, They don’t change sheets. Staff wasn’t cooperative. Air condition don’t work at all. They don’t do anything about it when we complaint. When we are booking, it mentioned AC In facilities. Poor internet Only location is good Not recommend at all.

I don’t reccomend. Their breakfast means french fries (!!!), beans soup, cucumbers, tomatoes, cold milk (they will microwave if you ask for - at a four stars hotel), only a type of fruit and two types of cheese. I had more diversified breakfast at low stared hotels.

The lady at the reception was extremely rude, she was gossiping about us in front of me and my sister in Turkish thinking that we do not understand her. I was shocked how unprofessional she was. She was very unfriendly and would never reply to "good morning" or "good evening". She also charged us for using mini bar, but we haven't (!!!). It was just 20 TL, so I paid because I didn't want to argue with her, but we paid for something we did not use. Also, the cleaning personal would leave our door open, even though we had valuable items in there (happened 3 times during 6 night stay). I often travel to Ankara on business and I have stayed in many hotels and in general even 3 star hotels are nice and staff is friendly, but unfortunately Best Western Plus hotel was not one of them.

I gave this hotel 4 star based on its very good location : it is located in Olgunlar street which has many restaurants and supermarket in 2-5 min. walking distance , and is also in 5-10 min walk to Ataturk Boulevard with lots of shops & Karanfil souk (street) full of restaurants. Hotel itself is a standard 3 star chain , with all the required amenities and a simple breakfast and a large enough room. The staff were kind to us, from letting us very early check in , and being generous and rational while checking out. They are not the best at replying to emails ,or fulfilling your extra requests , maybe because of a language barrier. Do not mess Dino Durum in Kunur street (out of the hotel , turn left to Kunur st., then turn left into Kunur , walk 2-3 min. and you will find it at the right side of the street). Enjoy!

Merhabalar otelinizde 1 gece ailemle kaldık.Hizmetten kaliteden kahvaltıdan personelden çok memnun kaldık.Ama özellikle otelin Önbüro Müdürü Ugur Beyin profesyonel yaklaşımı ve problem çözüm odaklı anlayışından misafir memnuniyetini ön planda tutmasını çok beğenerek otelinizde kaldık.Ben ve eşim tanıdıklarımıza Ankara'ya geldiklerinde tek adresimiz Best Western Plus Ankara olacaktır. Ayrıca gözümüze çarpan tek olumsuz şey banyodaki camın insan duş yaparken görülmesi çok kötü durumdur.Sizden ricam bu banyodaki cam olayına bir çözüm bulmanızdır.Kızılkaya ailesi Sevgilerle
